Please stop skimping on fountain pop syrup. Never tastes like anything.

Staff is very kind.
The make the sandwiches way smaller then they should. Avoid this location.

Places tables/counters were dirty, sub fell apart in my hands, some non-english music was playing, both bathrooms had out of order signs but there's no sign/warning to tell you no free refills, they only let you know after you buy it

Just what you would expect from a Subway shop.

Ordered a meatball sub through their app and when I picked it up it felt a bit light but I didn't think much of it. When I got home I found out they had run out of meatballs and so had just put some sauce in the bread. There wasn't even any cheese. When I contacted them to complain about it, I was offered a cookie WITH MY NEXT PURCHASE. They wouldn't even refund me or remake me an actual sub. Such a joke.

Items like Sidekicks not in stock, prices much higher than other franchises.

Ordered a chicken rancher and they didn’t put 1 key ingredient since they didn’t have that. It’s the most expensive item on their menu and they didn’t feel like telling me this upfront. Rest of the veggies were last day and stale. Even the chicken and bacon looked old.Avoid this place. It’s absolutely not worth it.

The management style of this location is very shady. Several times, I had filled out a survey online for 2 free cookies with a sandwich purchase. When I went to claim this offer (several times), the cashier/manager tried to convince me that the offer was for 1 free cookie. I know it`s just a cookie but with the methods they were using, it`s still false advertisement. I`ve tried to contact Subway headquarters but could not get a hold of anyone. I filed several complaints about this store but the manager named Arun Nath is still trying to convince me that I`m wrong. If you filled out an offer like this, you`d see it`s 2 cookies and not 1.There are other Subway sandwich shops in the downtown Toronto area, I suggest you go to those. They are decent with their customer service methods and honoring offers they present.

The guy working seemed to busy listening to music then to listen to his customers. We had to do 2 separate transactions cause he didn’t listen again.
This is the best Subway in Toronto for 1 simple reason: the staff.Chain restaurants are usually all the same, so it sure feels great to be greeted with a smile and have someone prepare your food with care and attention to detail.
Needs to change hours or post correct hours online and outside of storeWent in today at 8:43pm said they were closed. The sign says 9pm … right? And online it says 9pm….
