One of the workers here is unprofessional. The last 2 times i odered from here on the app they dont start making my sandwiches until i show up and the last time i came they completely messed up my order did not add cheese and put on toppings i didnt ask for. I will never odered from here again

I rarely eat at subway because it’s gotten to be absolute garbage over the years. Such a big company and they fail to have any vegan protein besides the disgusting slop patty(literally slop made into a patty)
The store had advertising for so many things that this location didn’t even carry. This is extremely terrible for business considering the disappointment I’m sure many people have with the poor excuse of a selection.
I asked for lots of the 3 items and I had to ask for more cucumbers like 4x because all the sandwich maker would put is 4 cucumbers at a time on a FOOTLONG. Then when I ask for a few jalapeños she loads them up like she’s trying to end my life with spice.
When I ask for less jalapeños she doesn’t understand why I want less and I have to explain to her what the meaning of a few is. I don’t go into fast food to teach English and argue with someone over what I want on my sandwich. There were so many things wrong with the experience that I for sure will not be going to subway ever again. Not even if it’s the last place on earth!

When I called in to speak to a manager regarding the poorly made sandwich and awful experience I was told no manager was in.
This is bs considering from what I understand any place of employment is going to have a manager around. Especially in fast food.
Do better subway or you’ll end up like Mr.sub and just a thing of the past trying to stay afloat.
Vegetarian options: Disgusting slop patty or chz and veggies (need I mention a poor @$$ excuse for a selection of veg) also nothing to substitute the chz if you don’t eat dairy.

Staff needs to be trained better. Attitude and miserable young girl on Thursday September 26 at 7pm. Customer service was a 0 out of 10. Please look at your ice machine as well. I went through 3 cups and all the ice was dirty. Store was a mess. I live 5 mins away by foot...but promise never to return. Do better with your establishment and hire proper help.

Multigrain bread was stale and tasted like cardboard. Ordered steak and rotisserie chicken sandwich, but there was hardly any chicken or beef in the sandwiches. Wife commented that both sandwiches tasted like a salad (from our chosen toppings). Overall quality of sandwich was disappointing at best. This visit lowered my image of Subway greatly. Probably not going again until they fix these issues. This has happened at other locations, not just this one.

Very antihygenic environment.
There was not even one cleaned table at this location, I had to clean it including the chairs. The floor was also dirty despite there was no one there when we ordered and having two staff members chatting instead of at least clean the tables for customers. We will not return there to eat again.

I had dinner for the first time at this fast food chain, the guy who served me was very pleasant and understandable, the food area was quite good, but the issue of the bathrooms should improve the cleanliness a little.
