I recently visited this Subway, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Their way of talking was polite, friendly, and professional, making me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in. The cleanliness of the restaurant was impressive – every surface was spotless, and the environment felt fresh and inviting.
The sandwiches were prepared with fresh ingredients, and the flavors were perfect. The drinks were equally refreshing, complementing the meal perfectly.
The staff handled everything with efficiency and care, even during a busy time. They made sure everyone was served promptly without compromising on quality.

Do not go to this restaurant. Period. I'm saving you from a lot of disappointment.
I was fraudulently overcharged a bag fee despite dining in, as well as 50 cents extra for a sauce (photos attached) which is false advertising.
For more price gouging, I was also told crispy onions cost extra when they are free at every other Subway restaurant I have been to.
The sandwich was edible, however the bread was clearly stale and can only be described as a cross between sand and cardboard (video attached).
The cheeses and meats are stored with the lids closed in a warm environment, which is causing moisture to accumulate within the container (picture attached).
The ownership of this place should be removed for poor food handling and probably investigated for fraud.

I recently visited this Subway location and was disappointed with my experience. There were limited bread options—only white and multigrain. Additionally, my white bread was over-toasted because the staff left it in the oven too long while handing over an online order. This made the bread overly crispy, which I did not prefer as I usually like it softer.
The veggies were not evenly spread, and the sauce was unevenly applied, which affected the overall taste. Moreover, they did not have small cups or containers for taking the sauce on the side. I always prefer to add sauce myself since it's often not evenly distributed.
I hope the management considers these points for a better customer experience in the future.

Ordered 2 sub combos on skip the dishes tonight. Subs cold cut combo and tuna footlongs. Such fresh meat and veggies and added 2 sauces aoili and sweet onion. The veg was plentiful and bread roll soft and fresh.Previous deliveries came in a plastic bag but now they have a paper version. For delivery you should seal the bag with safety seals not keep open but everything was packaged with care.Overall really great sub feast tonight, we really enjoyed! Added some pictures for youUpdate may 11 2024Decided to buy 2 subs tonight on door dash. What a disappointment. They are using hard unripe tomatoes that are hard and woody. Same on you serving that to customers.

Last working told a young light skin boy with dreads that he had to pay for his order before she would make the food.. Mind you did not tell any if the white or Indian customer in line to do the same.. Another west Indian woman was in there and voiced her concern over the judgements put upon young men ( only from her Managers words) who walk into that establishment .. Woman working said she was robbed of food 2 days previously... So the manager has told her that any young black young men who walk in must pay before she completes the order... This gestures made everyone in the store uncomfortable...Very sad very unprofessional.. Anybody has the potential to do malice things.. Not just people of color..

Ok so i visited this subway store about 9 am on 04 march 2024 and i was continuously waiting about20 minutes and then a girl came and said i was in washroom i said thats okay then i ordered two footlong sandwiches and she prepared the sandwiches and then before leaving i just talked in soft tone that am gonna late for my work she said why then i replied because of late response by you but i said thats okay no worried but then she straightly replied ghat you are lying. So it means that the customer is lying and the employee who is coming after 20-25 minutes is trustworthy right! So it means there is no trust on ghe customer and also no value for customers. She straightly replied you are lying. So i replied that am lying she said yes. So that means subway is getting worse day by day because they are unable to train their employees that how to respond in these types of situations without getting the customer hurted. And i also blame the management because of their lack in training of that girl because of which she declaring the customer lying. For your kind information you can also check the cctv recording. I demand to take strict actions against that employee as management can.and I also posted this on facebook and also whoever reading this post I want to tell you one thing that if there is no respect then you shouldn’t be there. I have posted on all social medica that you should not visit ghe kennedy eglinton subway because their employees are giving certificates by their own that YOU ARE LYING. If management is little bit serious about their future customers so they should take strict actions against these kind of employees so further customer don’t get hurted. And they praise that the subway staff of this branch is very fridndly. So at last there’s only message that these kind workers doesn’t do the customer service because if there is customer then there is subway
