The lady who works there at lunchtime is very unpleasant and has an angry look on her, always puts very little topping on the sub, you have to ask her put more lettuce..etc..this was my third time coming to this location and will be my last.

Came in for a foot long and nachos. Didn’t have the meat I wanted. Somehow don’t have breaded chicken when every other location does. My nachos came to me without any meat was just veggies. Any other location puts steak in the nachos. They said it’s extra and don’t put in. And that I NEED TO ASK FOR THE MEAT. Instead of her being professional and saying hey this doesn’t come with meat just a heads up! Walked in the damn store handed her my nachos and said enjoy it. Didn’t even take a refund because you guys are such a joke. Stop playing with peoples money. As I give the food back as well I didn’t even want the money… but she didn’t even try to offer compensation just took my food all happy like she was gonna eat it and watched me leave without saying anything…. FOOLISH STORE.

I ordered via the app and the subs I received were absolutely horrible. My order was wrong. There were hardly any topping, and all my customisations were ignored. The bread was stale and was completely falling apart. The worst part? The meat. It smelled foul and was extremely slimy. The order was inedible and this was a food safety issue.
Customer service did nothing to help and was very unprofessional. They haven't responded to my queries.
Don't visit this store.

I whent there tonight to get a sub to go, when I was paying the cashier asked me if I wanted a bag. I said yes! The sub bag it comes in, she said it's. 05cent. Wtf. Subs always come in a bag! And then when they gave me the sub, it wasn't in a bag!!! Omg .
