Genuinely, this is probably the best place to get Korean food in Toronto and one of the best restaurants in Toronto (I feel strongly!). I ordered 2 SuLee Gimbap w. Doenjang guk for lunch (via ubereats) and it was so good. The rolls had lots of filling and the purple rice was a nice touch. Wish it was closer to downtown as im sure the office crowd would love these!

Everything the chef prepared was delicious. My partner was sick and admitted to the hospital close by and had not eaten for weeks due to illness. I stumbled upon this place by luck where the chef made a special order to cater to a sick family member. There are no words to describe how kind the chef was. The food she makes is definitely from the heart.

Today was my first time trying this place. It was also the first time I ever tried gimbap.
And I really liked it π It might look small but itβs still satisfying in feeling full (but not heavy), quite a lot of different ingredients and flavours too.
The lady was so nice she even offered a free cup of tea. Iβm not sure what kind of tea it was, but it was still nice and kept me warm while it was a bit cold π
Definitely recommend, canβt wait to try other things from the menu π

The customer service is top tier. My mom has a new obsession with the gimbaps here made by SJ Unnie. My mom said said she can taste the love, quality, and passion that SJ Unnie puts into the food. We come to get 6 of them (2xSulee, 2xSpicy Fish cake, 2xKBBQ) once a week. Honestly, my mom would probably eat them every single day if we could afford to. My toddler has an obsession with the Buckwheat tea they serve (complimentary to all customers). I've tried a few dosirak, and it's a decent portion of food and side dishes + rice (I would usually share the meal with my toddler).
Thank you, SJ unnie (SuLee Dosirak), for bringing authentic food and culture so close to us. I'll come more often whenever I have more money π
