Good for catering - very responsive to queries, guests loved the tasty food, not pricey, reasonable package rate considering generous serving sizes and assortment.
We ordered Sultan's for a company event and had an amazing experience! Shoutout to Hanin for making the ordering and delivery process extremely smooth. The food was delivered hot and fresh and our team enjoyed it. Looking forward to ordering again in the future!
Fair amount of food, but the meat was exceptionally dry
A true gem located in this food court. Has been my go-to while in the office for the past 2 months. The flavour is excellent, food always hits the right spot. I love when I can get my proteins and veggies in and their chicken platter gives great nutritious value. Have noticed they started decreasing the rice a bit over time. Hopefully they don’t cheap out once their reviews are high. The beet salad is delicious!

The food is always excellent; we usually order catering for the office and the staff is always on time! Hanin is excellent.
Just your run-of-the-mill shawarma shop. Staff was friendly, but my wrap was not even warm.
We ordered from Sultans for a business lunch. The experience right from the start where a staff member reached out to me to the delivery was excellent. The food arrived on time (earlier than expected) it tasted great and our group enjoyed it. I did not rate the atmosphere since it was delivery.
We have used the Sultan's Mediterranean Grill for 2 in office catering and many of us have had lunches there...Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Food is delicious, fresh and tasty...we love having them as our neighbours for quick bites. And having them cater for our lunches, they go above and beyond to making the lunches a super treat. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended.
I have ordered Sultan's for catering for 2 office events; one large and one small and both were excellent! Communication with Hanin has been great, always responds quickly, follows up/confirms promptly, will take last minute orders. Such a comfort when working in a busy office to know you're in good hands with Sultan's. The food was delicious and plentiful! Will definitely be ordering again soon!
