The portions are hefty and generous.This is located at the lower level of the RBC building, at the eatery hall so the atmosphere is as expected, noisy and with food court seating. However, it is clean, new and functional.The 4* for the atmosphere is because it’s a food court as compared to a non-food court atmosphere however, this is not to detract from Sultan’s Grill’s great food and service. That’s why the overall rating is 5* and they deserve it!

A solid 4.5, Sultan's offers reasonably priced food. For sure, you may have enjoyed better shwarma elsewhere, but you also paid more than here. I find their lunch special to always be filling. For $13, including tax, a shwarma pita stuffed how you like it, a side and a pop. The side can be lentil soup, salad or potatoes. I like their garlic sauce and hummus. Solid offerings and they are usually quick. The service is always friendly and they recognize their regulars. For cheap, tasty fare, I would recommend Sultan's for sure!
Small, mostly takeout restaurant with few tables. The chicken shawarma wrap was mostly lettuce with very meager amount of chicken that it is impossible to real comment on the quality as you mostly tasted lettuce. the falafel wrap had the same treatment with mostly lettuce. The Greek side salad was not edible with a thick awful tasting vinaigrette dressing.

I was at this food court and hungry after a long walk. I was expecting a mall food court meal but this was way better than that. The food was flavorful and a good combination of a lot of items. The salads were my favorite part. I would definitely eat here again if I were in the area.

I made this account just to be able to review this place so that others do not make the same mistake as me. First and foremost, the service was horrendous. The staff seemed disinterested and lacked any sense of urgency. I stood at the counter waiting to place my order for what felt like an eternity, as the employees casually chatted amongst themselves, completely disregarding the customers. When they did get to me, it was with a rude attitude. The food is not very good, nice sauces but definitely not worth 20 bucks. So many better places to eat at in the local area. Only reason to eat here is if you hate money.
