Went there today, and the hours matched the time, ther staff member was warm and welcoming, and took the time to explain the updated hours going forward. Service was excellent and the ice cream... well what can I say... they have the best tasting ice cream in the city!

To my surprise....the sign and Google search day "open"... yet I came in traffic and paid for parking... only to be at a "closed" establishment. Disappointed...indeed..

It’s the best ice cream place in Toronto. Their all flavors are amazing. You can find gelato and sorbet style ice cream there. Plus, you can see some celebrities while scooping your ice cream, so watch out!!! Additionally, they will be open during this winter (25’), I am so excited 😍😍😍

They serve up some of the creamiest, smoothest ice cream I’ve had in a long time. The Pothole flavor is next-level—hands down one of the best I’ve ever tasted. If I could eat it every day, I absolutely would.
Most of the staff were great and friendly, but there’s one guy who could use a bit more enthusiasm. A smile wouldn’t hurt! That said, the ice cream alone is worth the trip, and I’ll definitely be back for more.

Ice cream is good, not great, and it’s overpriced, $11 for 2 scoops. I had the Chocolate Chip Mint and the Apple Cinnamon. The AC was grainy like it had been frozen too quickly. The CCM was smooth with decent flavor but nothing special.
The icecream was too good!!! Will definitely be coming again. I tried the pecan one

Yorkville is such a vibe! Walking down the bright streets here to grab an ice cream feels just like when my dad used to take me as a kid – it's nostalgic and comforting. My personal favorite is the hazelnut, with the chocolate homemade ice cream coming in as a close second. Both are incredibly delicious and bring back sweet memories. Yorkville is the perfect spot for a treat and a stroll! Yumm! Any day if you are craving for an icecream at 1am in the night. This is your go to.

Me and the wife have here a handful of times and have always enjoyed the ice cream but never thought about writing a review. We ordered two waffle cones and my wife accidentally dropped hers right outside the door and we went in to get another one expecting to pay as it was our fault. The short girl prepared another cone as we were waiting to pay and she look stunned as we were waiting. As I said we wanted to pay she said it's all good have a good night. Sometimes it's just not about a product but displaying outstanding service. Kudos to the company for employing and maintaining a great staff.
