Second time I’ve come to pick up something I’ve ordered online and the store has been closed. It’s Friday. The hours say you’re open until 12am. I’m here at 11:13pm. Lights are out and the place is dark. I wasted time and gas and have to run an order cancelation process.

Do not I repeat do not go here!!! The food is always a couple days old. Everything I got smelled bad!!! The bbq chicken was a really old and had yellow stuff under the bbq skin ???????

Terrible service like everyone has commented, even under new management. It’s a very strange vibe like you are being a bother to them for asking questions about the confusing menu or what comes with what. Not welcoming at all.. getting shifty eyes the whole time. The second I step out the door I just thought about how weird the food ordering experience was.
The chicken is tasty and the rice is fine. I would have like a little more than a few tablespoons of slaw that was sitting in the bottom on the drink cooler. Strange..
The place needs a clean. Clean the windows. Making it presentable.. Wipe the dust off of all the surfaces the public can see. It doesn’t take much. I have been around 4 times and I think I’m done. It wasn’t worth the $15 at all.

Bought a meal from them, got it home, found the portion to be ridiculously tiny. I reached out to the company to discuss a couple of times and received no response. Plenty of other good Caribbean places in this city, avoid this one.

Waited for over an hour for food where the guy working said he was making rice... Employee kept walking in and out the back to see if we were still there. One ubereats driver who was also waiting walked out 20 minutes before us and the employee seemed relieved. Weirdest, most uncomfortable experience ever... Eventually we also just walked out.

I got ox tail and rice and peas. I got 3 piece of oxtail a small bone with no meat FOR $19.42, also got white rice and stew chicken basically the same, 4 pieces of chicken. WHAT EXACTLY AM I PAYING FOR?? I wouldn't be going back there even if I was starving!
My favourite jerk pork! Delicious and well seasoned.

Before I get into the actual review, I want to see that I absolutely LOVE Caribbean food I've been eating it for many years.I came to this location, despite the low review. I walked in, I wasn't even greeted. The person behind the counter just stared at me. I placed my order, I got curry chicken with rice and peas. I absolutely love Caribbean curry chicken, but this was the absolute worst I've ever had. It had no taste, and the portion was very small. This was my mistake as I should have just gotten a regular dish. The portion of meat was also very small. I try to stay away from franchises, I should have stuck with my gut.
