My family and I went today and lots of employees (cleaning )and took a while to greet and give us table,after that We wait for another long time and nobody offer us drink to start finally we left There are many other better option out there.Customer service is definitely not they thing.

Went here to celebrate my dad and sister's birthday. I ordered the California Benedict and it was delicious. The staff were attentive and always checked to make sure we had enough coffee and that our food was served in a timely manner.
Jovanni was wonderful, very helpful! And the food was amazing as always!

I recently went to Sunset Grill with my whole family for a birthday breakfast. My daughter ordered the eggs with bacon which arrived with a hair in the eggs. We notified the server and they brought it back and made a new one. While we were waiting my daughter also had a chicken quesadillas that we were sharing together. As she went to go and take a bite there was another hair in the sour cream. I took the food to the front counter and I spoke to a server named Irena. When I explained to her that there was a hair in the food and that this was the second plate with a hair in it she rolled her eyes at me as if I was bothering her and barely gave me a response to me finding a hair in the food TWICE. The rest of the time there she walked by the table shaking her head and staring rudely because we would move our chairs to stand up and move around.
Very rude customer service and little to no apology for finding hair in 2 of our dishes.
