I want to this branch immediately after I arrived from Vancouver to Toronto. Unfortunately, this branch was a very disappointing experience. The smell of oil was overwhelming and filled the entire dining area, which made it uncomfortable to sit and eat. The service was even worse. Our server was rude and aggressive, and while we were waiting for our order, she was sitting in the kitchen on her phone instead of checking on customers. When we raised our hands to get her attention, she finally noticed and brought our food. Overall, this branch was not good at all. Poor service and an unpleasant environment ruined what should have been a nice experience .

Recently I visited this branch and had one of the worst brunch experiences I've had in Toronto. When I arrived, the host forgot about me for several minutes. When she finally finished her coffee and came back, she told me to sit at a table that was clearly dirty and didn't bother cleaning it first. I sat down, and only then did she start wiping the table around me!! I felt so bad and embarrassed! After waiting about 10 minutes, another server came. Her attitude was rude and unwelcoming, which was extremely unpleasant. I was not given any menu or cutlery. When my order finally arrived, it was late and cold, with no apology or explanation. Overall, the staff were unprofessional, disrespectful, and careless about basic cleanliness and customer service. This location seriously needs better management, staff training, and attention to hygiene!! I Will not go and would not recommend this branch!

Stopped into the Sunset Grill on Bloor with the family this weekend, and it totally hit the spot. We were all hungry and maybe a little cranky, but the cozy diner feel was the perfect cure. A huge thank you to our server, Soman. She was so patient and kind with us, checking in just the right amount and even making my kids smile. Service like that makes all the difference. And the food? Exactly what we were hoping for. I’m pretty particular about my eggs, and they were cooked to perfection my scrambled eggs were so fluffy! The star of the show, though, was the French toast. It was golden, with that slight crisp edge and a soft, sweet center. Absolutely delicious. We left full, happy, and already talking about what we’d order next time. We don’t live in the city, but I’ve already told my family this is a must-stop for us whenever we’re back in town. Thanks for a great meal🙏🙏.
