A big hair, either an eye lash or an eyebrow in my breakfast, found 3/4 of the through the meal. I get it, things happen, but the removal of the coffee and 25% off my bill was laughable, and hardly a customer recovery gesture.
Under the previous brand of Sunset Grill the server told me I should have shown her the hair in my meal (yes it happened before) and it would have been deducted 100 percent and a new order prepared.
Yes I was asked if I wanted something else, I declined.
The Best Breakfast I’ve ever had. Huge portions , great price , friendly & attentive staff. The meals are to die for😃. It was a great bday treat , great time with my sons and my man. Highly recommend this place 🥳🎂🥂
