Ignore the bad reviews, most of them seem kinda racist anyways. I got my first order from this place (the family bundle) fries are super crispy, chicken was cooked perfectly and love the Taiwanese style, tastes exactly like the fried chicken I had in Taiwan actually.

I got the 2 piece chicken and my frienda both got sandwiches. Very juicy and flavourful straight out the fryer. Breading is rather thick. Bit pricey.

Terrible customer service. They have two items on the menu named 'Combo C'. So we got the wrong order and the lady at the register did not say anything about it. So we ordered the correct combo C we wanted and she didn't offer any compensation or apology at all. She said 'Oh that combo should be labeled something else'. We then waited 25+ minutes for the order we initially wanted. The order we got was still wrong. Although at first we did not want to make a big deal out of this situation, we were really upset at how unapologetic the lady was. We went to ask for the manager, who was not there, so we just told her that the customer service we received was very poor and that she should change the sign to not mislead other customers. Overall she is terrible and genuinely incompetent at her job-- doesn't confirm orders and has terrible customer service attitude.

The girl at the front did not speak any English and it was really hard to communicate. Now on to the chicken, it was… to be it nicely, underwhelming. While the skin was decently crispy the actual chicken meat itself was dry. Their fries however were much better, and I’d give them about a 5/10 for the fries. My main complaint there was the size/amount. I bought large fries for like $7 and if you look at the picture I attached, their ‘large’ wasn’t really anywhere close to large it felt like they were being really cheap. Lastly, they also have no salt whatsoever in their restaurant lol I asked for salt and the girl couldn’t understand me and I had to use google translate to explain and once she understood she told me oh they only have ketchup. Altogether, I’d say this place scores about 1.5/5

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich bun is pretty average, on the skimpy side came with 1 slice of lettuce and a small bit of mayonaise the spicy sauce is underneath the batter of the chicken spicy sauce is sweet so probably mixed in with some honey on the less spicy side chicken I had was made to order, had to wait roughly 5 minutes batter is generously applied to the chicken, some areas of clumping. Clean oil was used as the batter was very light colored, you can tell they change their oil everyday. I came after lunch rush like 3pm ish. batter breaks off pretty easily so expect a good amount of crumbs build of the whole sandwich is on the bigger side, I have a smaller mouth so i have to work around the sides first and squeeze the sandwich down
Theres very little sauce if you like sauce this aint it if you like a clean chicken sandwich this delivers 4/5, chicken sandwich is good and you won't be disappointed as it is solid for what it is

The burgers here taste really good, juicy and flavorful, definitely worth trying. The only downside is the restaurant’s environment, which could be cleaner and more comfortable. Still, for the taste alone, it’s a solid spot.
