As a first-time visitor to Canada, I was really disappointed by the customer service at this restaurant. The staff was rude and unwelcoming, which made us feel uncomfortable. This was not the kind of hospitality we expected. I hope the management works on improving how customers are treated.

The biggest issue with this restaurant is the way customers are treated. The staff was rude, unfriendly, and had a very bad attitude. There was no respect or courtesy shown. Even though the food might be okay, bad customer service completely ruins the experience. I will not be returning.
They were impatient and spoke rudely without any reason. When we asked a simple question, we were treated poorly. This place seriously needs training on customer service.
Very poor customer service. The staff was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Customers were not treated properly at all. A restaurant should know how to speak politely and respect its customers. Extremely disappointing experience.👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Worst Restaurant Ever Absolutely Disgusting

This is hands down the worst food experience I’ve ever had. The food was unhygienic and tasted terrible, and I ended up with severe diarrhea and food poisoning after eating here.

On top of that, the cashier lady and all staff were extremely rude and impatient. The cashier lady even tried to charge 10 cents for basic spoons and forks, which is beyond ridiculous.

No hygiene, no manners, no professionalism. Avoid this place unless you want to get sick.

Worst Restaurant Experience of My Life – Avoid at All Costs

This was the worst food I have ever eaten.
Within hours of eating, our whole family developed severe diarrhea and clear food poisoning symptoms. Im sick the entire night. This is not just bad food — this is dangerous and unhygienic.

The cleanliness standards are clearly nonexistent. If this is what they are serving customers, I seriously question their kitchen hygiene and food safety practices. No one should get sick simply because they decided to eat at a restaurant.

On top of the terrible food, the staff was rude and constantly in a rush. The cashier lady was extremely rude and disrespectful, making the experience even worse. No courtesy, no professionalism at all.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Save your money, save your health, and stay far away. This restaurant should be shut down or inspected immediately.

I wish I could give less than 0 to this restaurant very bad service very bad quality the lady on counter is devil she has no manners at all to deal
With customers. She told on our face I don’t need to respect the customers . She is very rude chicken lollipop had only flour, hot and sour had cockroaches . This restaurant is always in rush if they are customers or not it was empty when we went but still the guy was rushing . I am not ever going to go to this place the charge extra 10% as service charge and they give us so bad service we went on New Year’s Eve the restaurant was empty even though bad service bad quality . I would never return or recommend

Im not entirely sure my wings order was chicken. I've never had chicken wings this small and the tiny bones left an ominous vibe I could not shake. I wish the City of Toronto made food testing easier. Only ate 3 wings out of the 10. When the wings are questionable, there's nothing left.

Just called in to order. And the lady was completely rude. I asked her what the special was cause their website isn’t working and she responded “I don’t have time, go check online or come in person.” Completely rude!!

This place is one of the most rudest, most disgusting restaurants I’ve ever been to in my life. They have the worst customer service that I’ve ever experienced in my life. I recommend -10000/10 to anyone even thinking about coming to this establishment. I traveled from the states and I ordered on the phone. When I came to this place, instantly the person on the phone was rude and impatient. When I arrived, the guy who was cashing out my order automatically was aggressive and rude. Upon getting my order and trying to pay, He rudely stated that they don’t take credit cards, only debit cards. Weird. When I tried my debit cards, he’s trying to tell me my debit card is a credit card when it is not. So then he starts mixing up his word's and says they don’t take the debit card I have. Hmm okay. Next, I ask if they will take American cash, and he says no. And then proceeds to change his mind and say they will take the American cash, but will not honor the conversion rate and it will still be the same amount in CAD. When in American it would’ve been about $5 cheaper. After we agreed and still decided to pay cash, the cashier decides to proceed to get in an argument with my friend, about the method of payment and I decided to leave the food, take my cash and my dignity and walk away because the attitude and actions of the place was disgusting. They do not deserve to own a restaurant with that employee working there and treating people like that. Whether it be because I was black, or American I’m not sure where the dislike came from. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to even buy a cup of water from this place because customer service isn’t even considered with this business.

Came here for lunch( mgr) the Chinese lady very rude this place charges extra 10% to sit here & eat there lunch which nothing to brag about also she charges 10 cents for plum sauce. Would not recommend this place to anyone unless you are drunk & found this place here. Good luck
