Went to this late-night Hakka spot and it was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was undercooked, and when I asked why the beef wasn’t properly cooked, the owner said they use cheap meat so I shouldn’t expect much. She even compared their beef to steak from The Keg — which makes no sense, since I came for Hakka food, not steak. The overall quality was terrible, and the customer service was even worse. They dropped the plates on the table and walked away, no check-ins or basic manners at all. The place also had insects crawling around, which was really disgusting — I wouldn’t be surprised if some ended up in the food. When I tried to cancel and leave, they refused and insisted we still had to pay, even though we didn’t eat. The food was rubbery, poorly made, and completely inedible. Terrible experience — definitely would not recommend.

Zero customer service Their manager is very rude.
He doesn’t behave well at all.
When you ask him a question, it feels like he’s starting a fight.

The place is very pocket friendly, given the taste and the quantity of the food. But the service/s rendered is terrible, the place is run by a couple, the male helper is always pushing to order fast, have your food and leave the place. Apart from this, the food served is great (taste and quantity).

The service was incredibly poor, and the food handling practices were highly unsanitary. Staff showed little regard for cleanliness or proper hygiene, which made the entire experience very concerning. I strongly advise caution. Eat here at your own risk.

I called to order the lady that answered was very rude . I will not order from there. She was very rude did not take the time to listern to my order and all she said was do u want or not I canceled the order .

I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but the customer service here was really disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unorganized. We waited a long time before anyone even acknowledged us, and when we finally got our food, no one checked in or offered refills. It felt like they didn’t care about the customers at all. The food was fine, but the service completely ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back unless things improve.

Most terrible experience of my life. I have been here multiple times and each time I have had bad customer service but never decided to leave a review.
But today was just disgusting. Firstly the man who sat us came to tell my children to shut up while he was on a call. Very disrespectful especially when my kids were just talking amongst themselves.
And the cherry on top was that the food was all spoiled and smelly. I tried to explain to the lady owner that it was expired and I had to spit it out throwing up in a napkin. After much disturbing back and forth she finally said I will exchange it. And by this point I was already so disgusted by the service I wanted nothing to do with their food. I told her I don’t want anything and I will still pay for the food we ate most of but the dish that was truly gone sour I will not be paying for. She threw a fit about having more customers to deal with and that I could only exchange but I had to pay full. Unfortunately I gave in paid and left and I was already so mentally disturbed by this experience and of their rude responses and snarky comments even as we exited.
I most definitely will not be returning back. And highly recommend taking your family some where else.

I have been coming here since my highschool days and the lunch specials are very good. The Bombay chicken and crispy ginger beef are great choices, although they don't do deliveries they can still be found on skip the dishes or Uber eats. Used to be my go to place for Hakka style food, but because of this distance of my place I don't come here as often. If you want really good Hakka give this place your money. Awesome food

I have been visiting this place for years. Still very good taste and quantity. And very reasonable price. The plaza has very limited parking, but restaurant is very nice. Highly recommended
