Super Hakka Restaurant

So rude. How the hell can they tell the customer “ if you want to talk, call later” i mean who wants to talk are u my friend? I also worked in a restaurant no matter how busy we always answered our customers.

If i could I would give this restaurant a 0/10. My family and I dined here a couple days ago. We called ahead and were told that the place was extremely busy alongside the person answering the phone was rude and did not seem to want us come. Furthermore, when we arrived there we were not treated with any respect or any ounce of customer service. The service was terrible by everyone! We ordered and asked for recommendations when we were given "idk the menu is right there". Anything could have been said "I do not have a preference on any plate, but if you like...." and so on. After ordering the food came out less than 5 minutes which for context we ordered chicken for the main part. The chicken looked off and when served the person giving it to us practically threw the plates down. We ate the chicken though tasting weird, cold, and more the next day not one of us did not get sick. All of us were throwing up and bed ridden. We've been here a couple years back and had a good experience, this one was the worse I've ever seen in my life. Do not go here, they don't know how to prepare food or give proper costumer service. The place isn't fancy which we knew and weren't expecting top notch service but we were not even received with an ounce of customer service let alone a smile. I can extensively write about this restaurant and our recent experience, but the experience was indescribable. I DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!!!

Not bad but not the best! Food is salty and oily! service is okay! There was only one server who screamed in our face when we walked to the table saying there an extra 10% charge if you dine in! He rushed to put the food on table …spelling some food from the plate on table and partially on the ground and using same “yellow” towel to clean the floor and the table! He also dropped the container cover on the floor and picked it up and put it on the container without cleaning and back on other table without cleaning! Washroom has strong unpleasant chemical smell!! The owner is nice, I knew her for many years, she works hard but she needs to spend some extra money to fix the place and improve the customer service!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious, with generous portions and excellent prices. However, there’s a major downside: the restrooms have a very unpleasant smell, which was so bad that I couldn’t finish my meal whenever I remembered it.

They served us beef when we had specified no beef, first time replaced the order still had beef in it, got the server to change the order second time had just beef and noodles third time called the manager she told us “ if you have a problem dont come here we
Dont care about religion and we will
Not take it off the bill ” lady with glasses (manager)not even a sorry…. Honestly I am shocked and confused how they have been open with such horrible reviews would rather stay hungry than eat here. Definitely not for Hindus!

I was disappointed with the attitude of the cashiers. They didn't seem very welcoming or attentive. Improving their customer service skills would make a big difference in creating a better experience for customers.

Too expensive food for a small quantity. I ordered a corn soup which they charge higher than most of the other Hakka Chinese restaurants and surprising came in a small container. This is an absolute rip off.

Shocked with the low rating.. been going here the last 10 years. Food always hits! The booths are cute. Service is okay but I still keep coming back. They work hard and I love the late night hours. Definitely reccomend

I went to Super Hakka for the first time to place a party order. I had a big order in mind as it was for a corporate party and the bill came up to $3500. The lady at the counter, Grace (I think she was the owner or the manager), was so helpful and patient with me, as I was taking my sweet time. She also helped me decide the menu and was really professional. Their customer service was outstanding!

I also ordered some food to take out the same day and the quantity and quality, both were great. It was a lil spicy for my taste buds but otherwise great.

WORST PLACE TO EAT! customer service doesn't exist. These guys literally act like they regret opening up a restaurant. They literally behave like they never want to see you there again as a customer. Went there on a Saturday night, and the emptiness of the place should've gave me a message, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. But I doubt I got any benefit from eating there. I Was with a group of 11 and it was a nightmare! They are actively trying to keep customers away. And they're doing a damn good job at it. The chilli chicken came out like chicken Pakoras. They don't accept credit card, only debit or cash. We asked for pops, but one was unopened and we wanted to give it back. The man says we don't refund the pops even if it's unopened because of covid. But behind the cashier there's all this pop just sitting there collecting dust and being used as a shelf to keep random papers and pens on. Lol. I just couldn't wrap my head around the whole experience. Never have I had a negative 1 star experience from anywhere.

Super Hakkah Restaurant Review – Pharmacy and Eglinton Location

I had a disappointing and frustrating experience at Super Hakkah Restaurant. They prominently advertise themselves as halal, with the word displayed clearly below their name. However, when I inquired about halal certification, they were dismissive and unwilling to engage in a proper discussion. After some insistence, they admitted that while they purchase halal meat, their restaurant is not halal-certified.

This is extremely misleading, as many customers would assume the food is fully halal just by looking at their signage. It’s deceptive to market halal without proper certification to back it up. I will not be returning, and I encourage customers to be cautious. Very disappointing!

terrible, 20$ on “bombay fish” and i got about 10% fish, 90% hard rock solid pieces containing no fish whatsoever, what a joke

Tasty and spicy food. The serving amount is good and the owner is very humble and friendly. There are private sitting spaces.

Horrible place to eat, dirty, disrespectful owners and more on! They are the only restaurant in ontario to charge 10% for dine-in and they are only charging cash or debit and they are expensive! All aside they have really rude staff! I don't recommend them at all!
