Yummy and light - got the buratta and honey. Sauce and honey made up for an OK crust. Great for sharing!
On point!
Pizza was fine but the guy serving it used his bare hands to make the pizza. Went back and forth between handling customer payments to touching the pizza unfazed.

Horrible experience - I order food in line and the person hosting allowed people they knew to cut line and take my food I paid for - horrible customer service - the management needs to get checked - I will never come back and will never recommend this place to anyone - pizza pizza has better service - such rude service

We were actually on our way to another place down the street but saw a pizza on a bench and was convinced to stay. We got the vodka pizza and spicy rigatoni. The rigatoni was indeed spicy and flavorful, pasta cooked al dente. The pizza was pretty good although didn’t really get the spicy vodka sauce flavor I was expecting, it was more marinara, aside from that good crust and portion sizes. Pizza did take some time but we spent time people watching… lots of good people watching if you sit outdoors lol - you can only order full menu items if you choose to dine in, only pick up slices at the window

This pizza is pretty terrible.
Just ordered takeout from Superpoint and I am disappointed with the service. The servers and whoever was working in the front making the pizza were incredibly rude.
It took about 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me to take my order, and the interaction felt rushed and disinterested, as if they didn’t want to be there.
After waiting 20 minutes, I returned to the takeout window to check on the status of my order. I asked politely if it was ready, and received NO response.
While I’m standing there in awkward silence, he throws the other pizza box and says “uh this is yours” in a dismissive tone. I asked him if the dipping sauce were inside the boxes; he points behind me toward a container that was partially concealed under a red tablecloth — not an obvious location for customers unfamiliar with the setup.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and courtesy made for a frustrating experience, and I hope this feedback is taken into consideration to improve future service.

The mustache guy who’s apparently the owner has probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. You’d think this guy has a Michelin star restaurant the way he acts lol but it’s pizza joint a pizza joint that isn’t even top 20 in the city lol. Everyone complains about him. So many better options in the area definitely not worth it.

7 dollars for weak pizza. Tell the owner to stick the pizza where the sun don’t shine

I walked up to the restaurant at 8:30, asking the front desk reception person for table to dine in. He was about to tell me to step to the side to be allowed in, some random guy with long hair blonde shaggy hair said “we’re only taking takeout.” I then spoke to the front desk person, I asked for dine in, the long hair blonde shaggy haired guy said “only takeout.” The front desk reception guy looked at the shaggy haired guy as he interrupted him and stayed quiet. Absolutely so rude for no reason!!!! We didn’t even get food service I can’t imagine spending any money at a place like that. Rubbed me the absolute wrong way, I felt bad for the front reception guy as he interrupted him trying to help me, I can’t imagine how “the owner,” treats other staff members, apparently the long hair blonde guy is the owner! What a rude person and states rhetorical questions and simply rude. If you read the reviews much isn’t even about food it’s service!!! So I know I’m not tripping out.

Worst customer service. Told us 1.5 hours wait for walk in and we waited 2 hours and told us they are prioritizing reservations, when we saw others getting tables. Simply rude service and don’t waste your time

I’ve usually had pretty good experience at Superpoint but today was not the case. And reading the latest reviews it seems like this is justified as we had a similar experience with a particular bartender/host. We asked if there was space, they said waitlist only which is completely acceptable! They said around 1 hour. When we came back to check around 1hr and a half, the long hair bartender was extremely rude. They also said no space as they were prioritizing reservations. And that’s completely fine and would have been accepted if we were told in the beginning. But here we are waiting for over an hour to be greeted with terrible manners.
