If I was the owner of this place, I would be embarrassed to know that my management doesn't care about responding to potential patrons, especially those looking to book space for a large party.In order to make a private party reservation, they tell you to send an email. I sent one, and didn't hear back for weeks. Eventually, I heard back, was told I would get a call, and then never received a call. I followed up a number of times and did not hear back via email or phone call (5/6 times). Usually when someone is asking to make a reservation like this, a restaurant would show appreciation and provide you with good service...Superpoint didn't provide the bare minimum amount of service and communication. I ended up stopping by the restaurant and multiple employees told me in person and on the phone it is a regular occurrence and they couldn't put me in touch with management - they seemed pretty frustrated by their management's bad business acumen.So, in all, do not rely on this place if you are looking to book a large reservation...
