Horrible experience. It was full of people at the seats, which is fine. They told us 15-20 minutes of wait. We obliged and began to wait. Within 10-15 the front was full with people who were waiting. We saw people ahead of us being admitted. So I went to check on the timing. The lady said we had to give our name, which we said we were never asked to do. The man who was working there did try and help and improve the experience but one of the woman working there was grotesquely rude and said she hadn't seen us before and there were four people ahead of us. She should be fired. We left. Won't be returning.

Found an insect in my takeout and was only offered $8 for my next order, assuming I was coming back. Disappointing. I saw reviews with a similar experience finding an insect and random objects inside their food. I had been a customer for over 10 years but I think I’ll stop today. This place has gone downhill since then.
