The last time a took out from here was a couple of years ago and it was good. Today I ordered 6 rolls for takeout. When I started eating I couldn't decipher which role was which. It all tasted the same. The spicy salmon wasn't spicy. I don't think they gave me a crunchy roll because there wasn't anything with crunch. Dynamite roll! Not sure which one it is. Very disappointed

This is my go to sushi spot near my university. My dad introduced it to me a year ago and I can’t stop going. The bento box is my favorite, but I love the regular sushi as well. You can taste the high-quality ingredients used and it’s very refreshing. If anyone wants a sushi spot I recommend this place! Affordable and tasty

I normally love Ubereats-ing from here. Best sushi I’ve had by far. However, today for my BIRTHDAY dinner, I ordered some, and there was a live bug in the box. I love the food here, but that grossed me out too much. I can’t imagine what conditions the kitchen must be in — I’m a line cook — that a live bug went unnoticed.

Got pretty bad food poisoning after eating one of their combos. The fish has a funky smell which I thought wasn't the case but turned out to be bad fish.... steer clear..!

No frills spot for massive bento boxes.
We came on Sunday at 9pm and was able to get seated for 6 people immediately (close at 10pm).
I ordered the Supreme Bento Box with chicken teriyaki and upgraded my California roll to spicy salmon for an extra $3. This place always hits the spot with reliably tasty and generous portions.
Highly recommend and would come back.

One of my favorite spots in Toronto! I come to Sushi on Bloor every time I visit the city — it’s a must. The miso soup is delicious, the salad is super tasty, and the sushi is always amazing. The place is cute and cozy, and their ice cream is on another level. I absolutely love it here! 🍣🍵🍨

The pickled daikon and tempura eggplant roll is seriously underrated.
Take me back to my 20s, love their lunch specials however it was crazy loud when we were there, noise was mostly from staff shouting or banging things even dragging a chair at one point. It eventually settled down so we could chat comfortably

It used to be good, until it wasn't. Lunch special is still cheap but I think they need to improve on service; as we've been ignored before we had to call them. The food isn't bad but watch what you get. The chicken can get smelly.
