Ordered a Salmon Lovers to go for my daughter last Friday afternoon roughly around 3pm. Daughter complained it tasted weird. When I checked, the fish is rotten. You can see how dark the fish is from an orange color, and the fish is not even fresh, it almost looks like it was smoked cos it’s so stiff. $24 for a small container of rotten sushi at inflationary times is cruel. The lady that sold me this acted as if she was putting this together freshly because there was nothing on display. The sushi was doused on mayo to cover up the discolouration from the rotting fish. This should not happen and will be reporting this shop.
Really disappointed. The veggie bomb balls I used to order all the time literally is now just 2 vegetables and my Inari never comes with the toppings anymore. I’m tired of being cheated. This used to be my favourite snack spot. My Inari has been coming with just sweet potato crisps. No green onions, and no sesame seeds. My veggie bomb is not a veggie bomb at all when it only contains mostly rice and barely any vegetables at all - 4 for $10 too!!! Where is the fire seared red pepper?? No mozzarella???
wish I could give negative 5 stars to this outlet. I have been fan of sushi shop chain, particularly the one at Bloor/Church. having the same picture in mind I went to this outlet at finch and my god it ruined my day. I ordered a Vancouver and it smelled yuck!!!! Wasabi was looking 5 days old or as someone's leftover. It was hard and dry from outside like hard shell, inside was ok. Ginger strips were rotting and sushi was unwrapping by its own. The rice were hard as if were uncooked. Definitely it was not fresh, rather 2-3 day stale. Such a bad experience with this outlet. Disgusting!I will only go and give 5***** to Bloor/Church outlet henceforth.
Microscopic sushi here. Not going back.
Had the beef bento box. Nothing about it was good. Not sure if the beef was even beef.Came with a spring roll that was over cooked on the outside and cold on the inside.

Aw..I'm sorry to see a few bad reviews.I really enjoyed this little food court stand :).I love sushi wrapped in rice paper. Ordered the Volcano Blossom and the Salmon tartar maki roll and they were amazing! The staff was super polite. Loved my experience here.

Got sushi from here for the first and a very last time. You can compare what I ordered and what I actually received. Tuna is absolutely spoiled. It has green and grey parts. Rice is overly cooked and barely seasoned. No Mayo or Japanese spices.Absolutely the worst sushi I have ever got. Didn’t want even try this ones. Do not recommend.
Top-notch quality! I ordered Sunkiss, Volcano and Philly and I'm super happy with my order. The pieces were perfectly made and were absolutely delicious. Please see pictures I posted. It may not look big enough, but in experience as a consumer, bigger just means more rice. I'll definitely be ordering more often from this place.
Come here if you want sushi made with farmed fish full of toxic contaminants. This place gives Japanese food a bad name. Nothing here is fresh. Go to Zen Japanese Restaurant in Markham if you want the best sushi made with the freshest fish

Very disappointed in this restaurant. Got the Poke Bomb Bento Box. It came without the crispy wontons. The Teriyaki Bombs were just fried rice, no shrimp or crab inside. The Shrimp Tartare maki was badly wrapped in rice paper, and was falling all over the place. The two "Poke bites" were just chopped salmon/tuna in a cup. Avoid this place and go to any of the other sushi restaurants around this area that offer better and cheaper alternatives
