Come here often especially during summer months for lunch. Ordered a salmon tartare and a tuna tartare, 2 individual orders but got put into single plate. That’s not the issue. The issue is how much ginger and wasabi was on this plate! Laughable … it also comes with the crispy chips that I had to asked for and I got 4 tiny ones. This cost me close to $30 including tip, btw.
Not the same quality from what I used to order. I guess this will be the last time for me.

I took out the karage chicken poke bowl with crispy fried rice. It was absolutely delicious. A few weeks ago I took out a poke bowl from a place a few blocks south. If I gave them a good rating they were going to give me 40% off my next order. I'm not even going back with the 40% off. Sushi Shop is a million times better; they did not offer me anything for this review.

Really bad experience. Looked nothing like the pictures on the menu. Paid only $20 but never ever had lettuce and salmon sushi sliced so thing like this. The woman looked like she didn’t want to put effort in as I was the only customer. :(

Amazing service! We got the karage chicken and the teriyaki chicken roll. The karage chicken was fresh and crispy, and with the yin-yang sauce, it tasted so good! The sushi roll however was average—the chicken tasted less flavourful and dry, I personally wouldn’t get it again (as a sashimi lover). The worker was so kind, attentive, and fast!

I’d rate it zero stars if I could! We had a good poison after trying their BOGO Vancouver Maki ! Fish was stale! It’s ridiculous!
