This restaurant generally has good sushi (based on people I know who eat here), but their service is not vegan-knowledgeable. Since I am vegan, they gave me a few vegan options (which on the menu said vegetarian). I did a little research and found that all of the sushi and bowl options actually contain fish-derived products, so nothing was truly vegan.

Tried 3 different rolls, all with salmon in it. Unfortunately, the salmon sashimi did not have a fresh smell to it, but was still edible. The other rolls had a fishy lingering taste aswell. Hopefully the morning after will not be regretful

Its a aushi fastfood, Ibe been here many times and the last time I vist imI irdwred the salmon bowl, taste is decent But I hope they wash hands befor they prepare the food because when I ordered last time there was this kid. with them and I think they were outside (playing tiych outside things) when we came she took our order and started making the dish together with the other lady without even washing hands :( a little disaapointed

Firstly the cashier was rude. Secondly the Volcano bowl had this weird after taste. I’ve ordered the same dish at another location frequently and this didn’t even compare. Plus I guess they don’t include a miso soup anymore. I won’t be back. It’s a shame as I live close to this store!
The lady from cashier today was really rude when I asked for my ritual order.I just told her my order was ready through the app, and instead of asking me to wait few more minutes, she just told me in a very rude way that online orders are slow (even though all the restaurants I have been so far from Ritual are always on time), and that I should order it at the restaurant in order to have faster service.That is not reasonable at all!Very disappointed with the service.I am a customer who bought food and she treats me like this?The food tastes bad after receiving this treatment.

I’d give only 1 star but Giving 3 stars as the lady that assisted me was very very nice! Aside from that the sushi was pricey and didn’t taste very fresh! Rice was not correctly cooked and too much avocado for the salmon portion size. Deep fried shrimp was crunchy and dry but tasteless! The only good thing was their spicy mayo! Won’t come back.

Love the surprisingly tender yet crispy chicken. Love the portion and loads of veggies. Ingredients are freshly prepared. Pretty fast service too. Nice spot for work lunches. ?
