Staff refused to honor the price indicated on the sticker on the sushi container. We had selected a lunch container and when it rang up $6 overprice and we pointed it out and inquired, they refused to ring it in properly.

It is really amazing place for all of my staffs. We can enjoy many fresh foods with nice service. The prices of each foods are very reasonable. I have visited here over twice per week. Nice place and good service.

Have given them multiple chances. Food is delicious but I can’t taste it when it’s all moshed together. Have spent over $100 on Uber eats. I never go out of the way to leave reviews that could affect a business. But the owners need to see the photos as it’s a reputable franchise.

Horrible. I was not given what I ordered. Ordered a Kamikze roll but there was no tempura, green onion or spicey sauce. What they made as a result was not even on their menu!! Worse they did not let me know they did not have the ingredients (I hope that 's the reason ..I would have changed my order)Also, I asked twice for tempura sauce for the side shrimp tempura I ordered, it was not included even though they said it was. Finally, all this took 1/2 hour to wait for in spite of only one other customer.

So professional ! Very police staff and clean place. Mango Sirocco is delicious.

The service is friendly, the place is clean and welcoming. I called to pick up an order and the lady on the phone was very polite. I got everything that I ordered. The food is excellent. Taste and freshness are great. Even for take out, they do a great job of making the presentation look nice. I recommend this place.

got a poke bowl with salmon and tuna with the ritual 50% deal - still $10. It's okay - some pieces of fish had the fishy aftertaste. Definitely overpriced if I didn't have a discount. They were nice tho, gave me a soup too.

The greatest sushi with the highest quality.I really satisfy this location with kind servers.

The cashier was nice but the food was so so. I used the ritual app so didn't really know how big the meal was but it was relatively small for the price and the wonton chips (for an extra $1) had 3 chips in the bag. I woulnd't go back.

No fresh sushi, thought it was a one off and gave it a second try, but same problem. The sushi here is not prepared fresh, it sits there all day then gets sold.

I must say that I am a very selective sushi-eater as I absolutely love quality sushi. I grew up in California and was fortunate to try fresh seafood daily.Ever since I moved to Toronto, it has been a struggle to find authentic, ready-to-eat sushi. Especially close to my work. It was by chance that I stumbled across the Sushi Shop in a food court section. I was adamant at first, but I am always one to try something new.Lo and behold, I took my first bite and was impressed. Ever since my discovery of this, I go to the Sushi Shop at least once a week. The staff are extremely friendly as are the owners! My favourites are the Black Mamba (with brown rice) and the Poke Volcano Salad. *drool*You have to check this place out! It's perfect for quick sushi cravings and bona fide fresh.

I got food poisoning from this place. Sushi is overpriced, poorly made and the miso soup is flavourless. Its only saving grace is the service - not the cashiers, but the women making the food.
