We ordered several party trays for a family get together. Everything was ready on time. The food was great, fresh and tasty, lots of variety. They separated gluten from gluten free onto separate trays for the gf members of the in the family. Overall a good value and good quality. We will be ordering from Sushi Zone again for our next occasion. As good as any other sushi place in the Yonge & Davisville & Eglinton area. Thanks for the good food.

Very quiet place to enjoy a delicious bento box, salmon teriyaki my favourite. Staff very friendly and prices very good for lunch specials. I highly recommend it.

I used to love this place and I've been a customer for years, but sadly after the place changed owners a couple years ago it hasn't been the same and the quality of the food has declined abyssmally, specially in the last few months.

The cheese wonton which is supposed to have a cream cheese filling, is now made of mayo (???). It's honestly disgusting. The sushi has so much rice and barely any salmon. Please increase the price instead of declining the quality of the food, you used to be so good.

What a treat it was to find this place! Small eatery with soft, savoury sushi and cold drinks, with amazing prices!! They even included a free seaweed salad with our order, the Dragon Lovers Party Tray (42 pieces for $40 dollars! Fed three adults to full!)!

When I was growing up this was my family’s go to for Japanese food. The food was always delicious, fair priced, good value. The staff/owners were kind good heart people and that reflected in the hospitality we experienced. Since moving back to Toronto as an adult, now I get to bring my kids here. A real Toronto

I’ve been in the Davisville neighbourhood for 15 years and Sushi Zone was my family’s go to sushi spot for many years. Sadly over the past year the quality of the food has dropped dramatically. The beef teriyaki was the cheapest cut of beef I’ve ever eaten. It was complete rubber. And everything overall (sushi, tempura, gyoza, miso) was totally void of flavour. We were hoping we caught them on a couple of bad days but we’ve consistently experienced this on our last 3 visits. It’s sad to see this happen to them. I’m sure they’re suffering from the increase of food prices like we all are and have had to make compromises on quality. I’m hoping they can find their way back to the standard they once had as there are nice people working there.

For those looking for a cheap and quick Japanese food option, Zone is a good option.

The restaurant is small and is located two blocks from the Eglinton subway station.

It has few tables, attentive and friendly service, and unfortunately it is not accessible for customers with disabilities (it does not have an automatic door, there is no paid space for wheelchairs and walkers, and access to the restaurant is via stairs).

The menu doesn't have a huge variety of food, but it has good options and affordable prices. On my visits I ordered a portion of rice, miso and a combo and they were very good. It's worth checking out on a day when you're in the mood for something different and on a budget.

This place used to be good but recently they have cheaped out on everything. The food is bland and tastes like nothing.

Rolls were very good but bento and tempura were very under seasoned. Miso also a bit watered down. Excellent service however so if you are only going for rolls a solid choice.

Sushi zone roll is not bad, covered with sweet teriyaki sauce. However the deep fried gyoza is extremely dry and bland, the dumpling skin is powdery (tastes like flour) and does not seem to be cooked through.

Got sushi for 2 adults and a hungry kid and we spent under $30. This place has great sushi for the value. Look on those food platforms for BOGO.I would not necessarily eat in. It’s small, and not really set up for that.
