Food was actually better than expected. For a “fast food” joint, the food was ok. I got the grilled chicken bowl and though it was on the smaller size, taste was good. Could have used more toppings, felt like they skimped on the ingredients.

I don’t leave Google reviews often but this was the worst sushi i’ve ever had. Seemed like the ingredients were frozen. Felt like I was eating ice. Not worth your money.

Service was fast, but I really did not enjoy eating this sushi. You pay for what you get.

*** FOOD POISING **** had a very serious bad FOOD POISING after had their food. Can’t believe that they serve bad quality raw fish with named “sushi”. They need to put some more effort to keep their food fresh and people need to avoid this place if you don’t want to have diarrhea all week.

The salmon was frozen, had bones in it and I almost choked. Avocados were rotten. Barely any other toppings. They mask it with a lot of sauce.

Service was good, but considering this is a chain, corporate seriously needs to take a look at the quality of the food. I ordered the chicken/maki bento box and was incredibly disappointed. The chicken they use is rubbery and tastes fake, and the shrimp tempura was so thickly coated it tasted more like a fish stick. The maki roll and spring roll were fine.

EDIT: I tried to contact you as requested, but the email below bounces back and the contact form on your website doesn’t work either.

The food is not so bad as the bad reviews. I mean, you pay $12-$15 for a whole set of sushi, what could you expect? Something to highlight: I asked for sushi and I was able to watch how the cook prepares it, and I noticed that he was very careful. He asked me if I was in a rush, I said yes (I had only 15 minutes to eat), so this guy was very nice to me and told me that he was going to have my order ready very quickly. He made a pretty good job and he was very polite. I think he is the main sushi chef because he uses a very nice bandana. My advice, ask for him everytime you go if you are in a rush like me! (He also has tattoos).

This is a solid 3. Neither good nor bad just bah. The service is great and fast and it is pretty affordable sushi. That said, the quality is not great. The sushi is fresh but bland, the tempura option is very greasy and the soy sauce is watered-down. I has the paradise and ebi tempura. Also I agree with another comment below it looks like they use long grain white rice (not a rice expert). But if you are looking to save a few $ it is a decent option.
