I bought these cupcakes for my twins birthday. I called in before and inquired as to how mini were the mini cupcakes? Are they the same size as the ones in the grocery store? The representative replied that they were actually a bit bigger, so I ordered them. Unfortunately, I got them today and they are smaller. I understand they are mini, but I wasn’t expecting them to be this mini. I went to Walmart and bought the regular sized cupcakes instead. I appreciated the free delivery etc, but I’m disappointed. For the priced I paid ($60) I don’t feel the size warrants it.

I am gonna be honest….i got these for my sons 1st birthday and they are not the best cupcakes I’ve tasted. I don’t know if it’s cause they came frozen. The frosting was rock hard, and the cupcakes themselves had the freezer taste to them. So disappointed… definitely not worth 30 bucks for 6…. I expected better for the price…

We received some cookies as a gift from one of our clients. When it came one of the boxes had been tampered with. I took pictures and emailed their customer service. Only because I wanted them to know what happened. Raiden was amazing!!! Very professional and quick to answer. They replaced the cookies and I am so glad they did they were absolutely delicious!!! Highly recommend this place.

All of my ordering was done online and unfortunately there was a little snafu but I was very impressed by the customer service I received. The staff at Sweet Flour Bakery were very responsive and proactively offered solutions to my issue. The birthday person was thrilled with their gift basket.

In this shop for the 80$ you'll get:1. A free call to the BDay person where the lady will uncover the information about the surprise delivery and ask if it's not a scam.2. The delivery service will leave the bag in front of the door and won't call the door.3. The cupcakes would taste like from nearby supermarket, just 4 times more expensive.4. You'll feel frustrated.

Wednesday was my first time trying out Sweet Flour. I try and send a different birthday treat to my nephew every year and found them with a quick google search. The cookie cake looked so good! It was very easy to order, came decorated just as I had requested (mine was a very simple request so I can't speak to how well they do custom requests) and delivery to Etobicoke went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend!

If I could put 10+ stars for service I would. The customer experience is UNMATCHED! This is my second year purchasing holiday gifts through Sweet Flour for 60+ different locations. I am in awe of the care and attention to detail every person I have worked with has! Multiple addresses in my list ended up needing updates, and the Sweet Flour reps (Stacy, and other names I cannot see unfortunately) were amazing both with my requests and letting me know of changes needed.
