We ordered 6 gender reveal cupcakes and asked for the soonest available time. They told us noon the next day (24 hours) and we arrive as 12:03 and they gave us frozen cupcakes. Who in the heck thinks freezing cupcakes when we wanted them asap is a good idea??? Who wants to pay $35 for 6 frozen cupcakes?? I mean seriously…. What a disappointment. Fresh bakery my buns! BOO! Seriously do better.

I’ve ordered desserts from this company before for work events and they are always delicious and reliable! This time I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday, and it was great. We had it delivered Friday for our party on Sunday as they didn’t have delivery Saturday available and I was a bit nervous it would be hard or taste old but it was perfectly crunchy and soft in the right places. I haven’t had a cookie cake in years so this definitely satisfied my nostalgia!
I cannot see enough wonderful things about this place. Amazing baked goods. Amazing staff. Amazing service. We use them for a lot of our corporate gifting. Highly recommend :-)

Cookie cake was great but the staff is even more Amazing! Ronaq went above and beyond to make sure I received a cookie cake that I ordered for same day delivery for a birthday. I couldn't thank him enough, and was blown away by his efforts especially since it was after store hours. Keep being amazing, we need more Ronaq in this world!

I ordered a 12 inch chocolate chunk cookie cake and it was delicious! Everyone that tried a piece thought the same. We were very impressed. You can tell that they use high grade and natural ingredients. It wasn’t very sweet or buttery like the ones I’ve tried in the past. The taste was just right. Customer service is amazing. They actually phoned to see if the cookie had been delivered! I’d definitely order from Sweet Flour again. Thank you!!
