My girlfriend and I visited this cozy little café today, and we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere—it’s very cute and charming. The highlight of our visit was definitely the sour cherry pie; it was amazing, perfectly tart and sweet. Unfortunately, the lattes were a bit of a letdown. They were served way too hot, with the milk burned and hardly any foam on top. Overall, it’s a nice spot with some room for improvement, especially when it comes to their coffee

Today I had the most wonderful experience at sweetie pies in the distillery, it’s a cute coffee and pie shop that’s tucked away but absolutely wonderful. I stopped in not knowing what I wanted, and got the entire menu broken down for me, Rihanna was absolutely wonderful. I ended up getting a slice of apple pie warmed up with ice cream. HEAVENLY !! She also recommended a few places around the distillery that I should check out, and it didn’t disappoint. Thank you again for your patience, I will definitely be back.

I went in today at about 4 PM and was very impressed by the service. The lady with the dark hair and glasses was such a ray of sunshine and seemed genuinely happy to help all of the customers. The butter tart and red velvet cookie were also great but the service was what made the experience memorable.

The worst customer service I experienced in an otherwise friendly and helpful city. The server was unhelpful and two out of the three items requested were unavailable. I left my change in the tips jar to see if I’d misjudged things - no reaction. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I wouldn’t return. Update: I was grateful for the swift reply to my complaint, but unfortunately am now returning home from Toronto and can’t take up the offer of a remedy.
