I was double-charged at this location, and both the store and corporate office completely failed to address the issue. Staff tried to hide that I had already prepaid, which is not just poor service—it is deceptive and unethical. I have reported the incident to the RCMP Anti-Fraud Centre and am also debating reporting it to the Toronto Police. Do not eat here. If you value honesty and integrity, avoid this restaurant entirely.

This is a solid location in Toronto's midtown. Reliable and familiar menu, whether you're taking out or dining in. Staff are always friendly, even when they're getting a rush of takeout orders. I've had many meals here and they've always hit the spot. I love their wings! They're as good or better than wing-specific places!

Please do not regard my all 5 star review of this particular Swiss Chalet as me being totally happy with my dining experience. The good is very good, the service is friendly and prompt. However, ... the table top was quite stucky and greasy and we should have asked our courteous server to eipe it down. Perhaps its our fault we did not bring it to her attention (we were very hungry...) but still, it shows a lack of attention to the cleanliness of the dining room tables. If there was a category for cleanliness, i would have scored them 2/5 stars...

Everything it was good but..just dont like something.some one come to that eestaurant with dogs..this is not good situation for hygiene...they said this dog a service dog..but dog is dog..and they have to much parasite......
