Everything it was good but..just dont like something.some one come to that eestaurant with dogs..this is not good situation for hygiene...they said this dog a service dog..but dog is dog..and they have to much parasite......

Nothing like sitting on hold for an hr to get s refund on cold old fries and chicken, also the sauce was spilled everywhere with the lid not fully on, it was cold too. Called customer service they transferred me to the store where I had to call multiple times b4 someone would answer. Now just sitting here on hold going on 45mins. I've ordered many times and it used to be a nice treat has gone down hill. Beyond disappointed.

Walked in for takeout. Ordered ribs and 2 kids meals (chicken fingers and fries). Staff forgot to include plum sauce and mini donuts on the 2 kids meals. Didn’t realize the missing items till I got home. Disappointing for the kids but I wasn’t about to travel back to the restaurant. Staff need to pay more attention to details of orders.

My son and I picked up lunch today. We had coupons but the waitress said that we could have the Tuesday special and keep our coupons for another day. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We took it home and ate there. We will surely come back soon.

Fabulous service, good food and they can let those using mobility devices in the back way (stairs only in front entrance) If you like Swiss Chalet this is one of their best locations in the city.

This is a solid location. Friendly staff, good service. Me and the wife have even gone in just for a few beers. Always welcoming crew. Aside from drinks, fresh food that comes quickly

I visited Swiss Chalet at the St Clair & Yonge location and was impressed by the quality of the food and service. We also met the manager, Albab, who was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about the menu, since we aren't regular visitors. But surely after this experience we will become regulars. Our server, Milan, was also really good.

I recently visited this Swiss Chalet location and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the service. Our server seemed rushed and didn't check on us throughout our meal. When we asked for extra napkins and sour cream, he forgot multiple times, requiring us to ask again. It felt like we were an inconvenience rather than valued guests. I hope they can improve their service in the future.
