This is a solid location in Toronto's midtown. Reliable and familiar menu, whether you're taking out or dining in. Staff are always friendly, even when they're getting a rush of takeout orders. I've had many meals here and they've always hit the spot. I love their wings! They're as good or better than wing-specific places!

Had a very lovely dining experience during lunch with my mom. Our server Parvaneh greeted us with a lovely smile and provided excellent service. She is knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive. The food was great and we enjoyed our table. Thanks! :)

Please do not regard my all 5 star review of this particular Swiss Chalet as me being totally happy with my dining experience.
The good is very good, the service is friendly and prompt.
However, ... the table top was quite stucky and greasy and we should have asked our courteous server to eipe it down. Perhaps its our fault we did not bring it to her attention (we were very hungry...) but still, it shows a lack of attention to the cleanliness of the dining room...
