Spent $21 for a half chicken dinner, and I ain't even got a half chicken. That's ridiculous. Got a dried up, hard, inedible wing with my white meat and a hard, crusty thigh, and I guess the employees decided to eat the leg while packing it because it ain't here. $21 spend for a legless half chicken meal. No wonder Swiss chalet is a dying franchise.

Food is not the best and is really expensive. The crispy chicken sandwich was disgusting I do not recommend, unfortunately at 7.15pm that was the only place open with second cup. And when you are hungry that was the only option. I think the pizza pizza will be a better option than Swiss chalet to be open late.

BIG NO! Ordered the chicken burger. It’s greasy and burnt. Tastes like old oil. Had one bite and have to wash it off with whole bottle of water. Have no idea what I just ate. The fries are good but DO NOT get the burger.

I love s Swiss Chalet but this location is very disorganized with mediocre service. Even quality of the food is considerably lower than other location. The staff needs to be properly trained.
