I bought their poutine. I can't eat beef but I can have chicken so they were accommodating of my dietary needs. They gave me a non - beef gravy that would meet my dietary needs. Poutine was great. I was really hungry so the poutine really helped.

As someone who grew up eating Swiss chalet, I have to leave a glowing review for the best quarter chicken meal I've had in YEARS. I was so impressed with the meal I had at Swiss Chalet in Sunnybrook Hospital. I understand many of us don't necessarily love being in hospitals, so I deeply appreciate when something can change my experience for the better. The food was delicious, and service I received from the team at Swiss Chalet during my stay as a patient was nothing less than superb. Not only was the food ready quickly, it was cooked to perfection - the chicken, fries, coleslaw, and hot bun- 10/10!! Better than anything I've had at a 5 star restaurant, truly.
THANK YOU Sunnybrook Swiss Chalet for your hard work, kind service and delicious food that brought me back to my youth.

This location on Eglinton & Yonge is terrible service!!!!!!! Wouldn't sell dark meat unless you buy the whole chicken. Rude manager who wouldn't honor their own coupons. The excuse was 'we don't accept this coupon at my location'.
Wouldn't recommend!! These young folks don't understand what customer service means.
Go to a better Swiss charlet with better service!!

Ordered the crispy chicken sandwich with poutine for over $20. (Yes, food is expensive everywhere.)
Food was alright. Chicken was juicy. Not many tables available during busy hours in the cafeteria.

Spent $35 on chicken wraps combos and it sucked so bad. Cold dried up tastes like 3 day old day chicken disgusting. Salad was premade again tasted old. Of course it’s rip off ?cause it’s in Sunnybrook. Big mistake, Never again??
Spent $21 for a half chicken dinner, and I ain't even got a half chicken. That's ridiculous. Got a dried up, hard, inedible wing with my white meat and a hard, crusty thigh, and I guess the employees decided to eat the leg while packing it because it ain't here. $21 spend for a legless half chicken meal. No wonder Swiss chalet is a dying franchise.

Food is not the best and is really expensive. The crispy chicken sandwich was disgusting I do not recommend, unfortunately at 7.15pm that was the only place open with second cup. And when you are hungry that was the only option. I think the pizza pizza will be a better option than Swiss chalet to be open late.
