“I’m not very hungry”. Then proceeds to eat half a garlic cheese loaf (perfection), 80% of the poutine (always get Harvey’s gravy (my opinion)), and 1/2 a rack of a full rack.
Not me, my kid.

I ordered the roast beef through the Swiss Chalet App and the roast beef had no jus on it. It was completely dry. It was very disappointing. The receipt attached had the address of 49 Eglinton Ave. East. I called the Customer Service number and I was offered a $5 credit for a next order but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be placing an order again.

I ordered delivery last week from this location and it was absolutely disgusting. I Live 5 minutes away and the ribs were ice-cold and the french fries had been reheated and reheated. They were so hard I couldn't even bite into them. I ended up eating cold ribs with no side dish because the coleslaw was also too watery. I tried calling them and the phone would ring and then be hung up. If you want Swiss chalet I suggest you get it from another location unless you want disappointment and a waste of money.

I miss ordering Swiss chalet … but due to rude delivery drivers I won’t be ordering again …. Also once the driver added his own tip of ten dollars and I tipped ten cash so he got $20 …. Contacted head office about getting new drivers and nobody has ever gotten back to me

Tried ordering again June 4th2025 and of course same problem with same horrible delivery driver …. I will never order here again

There was about 15+ Uber east drivers waiting for orders on a Friday evening. People making big orders on Uber. One Uber driver was harassing the staff about waiting for 30 minutes, when there was a large quantity of orders. The manager comes about and screaming at the staff and push them to get the orders done quick. Ofc my order came late but the staff were very friendly with me and apologized about the late order. Never dinning there!

I’m not normally a reviews person - more likely to write a negative, don’t usually feel the need to do a positive. But this evening I was in this location after a 10 hour travel day. While I was waiting for my food, a disgruntled, clearly intoxicated man came in and demanded to see a manager. He was irate that the ribs he had been given were nothing but bones. Unfortunately, he had eaten whatever quantity of meat had been on the bones, and any reasonable person would think this wasn’t the move. He spent the next 10 minutes berating and harassing the staff before even bothering to let them know what his desired outcome was. He spent the better part of his tirade trying to embarrass and shame them. But the team at this store handled him with such grace and professionalism that I felt like I needed to share this. They took his monologue with poise and treated him with nothing but respect (which isn’t what I would have done in my customer service days). The team deserves a pat on the back for this.

Ordered the white meat festive special and the chicken tasted like it was sitting around for hours. Bone dry and hard as a rock. You're always taking a chance when you order Swiss Chalet from one of those joint Harvey's locations. Thirty bucks down the drain.

I ordered the Festive Meal and was not disappointed. It was delicious. I don't usually love stuffing but it was delicious. Tasty chicken, fries and gravy. Lindt chocolates for my son which he appreciated. Thanks again for your service and delicious food!!! Price was right too!!!

7pm on a sunday and they were out of chicken, and saving the inventory for uber eats. They asked me to come back at 9.15 pm. Dirty fingernails and barefeet staff with sandals work there. All the uber people are barefoot too. They ruined this locale. Yonge york mills is still good.
