We came to Swiss Chalet and any guests were there. We ordered 12 wings and were waiting 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of waiting we asked where is our food. Worker answered: “It takes time. We have other orders”. We were alone at the place. After more 15 minutes we noticed that still nothing and just cancelled our order. I really no recommend this place. Long waiting and workers are so rude

I had a very disappointing delivery experience from this Swiss Chalet location. My order arrived late, and the food quality was far below what I expected. The chicken was dry, the sides were cold, and overall it tasted like it had been prepared long before delivery.
What made it worse is that when I contacted the restaurant about the issue, the response wasn’t helpful at all. There was no apology or effort to make things right.
For the price and reputation of Swiss Chalet, this was extremely frustrating. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I can't rate the atmosphere as we had delivery, but I will say that the food arrived quickly, the order was complete, and everything was still in good shape (i.e., still warm). Like everything else, it seems like the meals are much more expensive than they were a few years ago, but other than that everything went at least as well as I expected with our order, and maybe better!
