Food is always nice at Swiss Chalet in general. But specifically in this location they mess up the orders and the staff is never nice or even rude with an attitude, I love the food there but the staff needs to improve their service and attitude...

Dreadful absolutely dreadful Delivery system
Ordered online after rush hour
Took aaages to arrive
As I was trying to cancel my order the delivery guy arrived with what would be cold food that had been driven around for approx 40 mins in the car.
The restaurant location is 12 mins walk from here.
Totally get they have many orders to deliver but dreadful service

The one girl is not Listening from customer. He’s Talkingrudely to the Customer I am waiting for the food. I order, but he’s not listen. Attend one time. He say I will call you. Just sit there. It’s really ridiculous. He’s showing attitude to customers Don’t come on this location.

I genuinely just got scammed by the cashier I told them that I wanted the ā€œall you can eat rib festā€ 3 times and not once did they tell me I can’t have it that restaurant. And when I went to get more they start to tell me that they don’t do that at particular restaurant AFTER I HAVE ALREADY PAID. Absolutely horrible service and I will not be coming back.

ā€œI’m not very hungryā€. Then proceeds to eat half a garlic cheese loaf (perfection), 80% of the poutine (always get Harvey’s gravy (my opinion)), and 1/2 a rack of a full rack.
Not me, my kid.
Best ribs.

I ordered the roast beef through the Swiss Chalet App and the roast beef had no jus on it. It was completely dry. It was very disappointing. The receipt attached had the address of 49 Eglinton Ave. East. I called the Customer Service number and I was offered a $5 credit for a next order but after this experience I don’t think I’ll be placing an order again.
