The food from this Swiss Chalet was delicious, however the space was filled with cooking fumes so we opted to take it to go & when we got home I found that we were not given our side of fries or our slice of pie ;(

I ordered from uber eats and got a quarter chicken dinner with an extra large sauce. When I got my order someone who works at Swiss chalet didn’t close the lid to the package to the sauce had spilt throughout the whole entire order and the bag has been ripped open since it was soaking wet. I’ve tried calling the store multiple time but no one picked up. This is terrible terrible service and whoever works here need to grow up and do their job properly.

Extremely disappointed 😕 Dark meat chicken was undercooked & the cheese in the new macaroni & cheese was split. I would have returned it all but I wasn't feeling very well at the time ~ I had just stopped in to Swiss Chalet on my way home (5mins away) as I wanted some nourishing food to take home to eat before I crawled into bed to rest to try to feel better. I ended up just eating the bun (which was cold) so I heated it up & dipped it in the Chalet sauce and called it 'dinner'. Complete waste of my money.
The only positive that existed with my experience was the customer service cashier was quite friendly & pleasant with me while I was waiting for my food to be prepared to take home.
