Shocked by their tiny portions. I ordered a piece of lemon meringue pie, it was about 1.5 inches across the back, and 3 inches long, and the charged $6 for it. The chicken was like a tiny baby chicken. There was a time Swiss chalet was value for money, but that has long gone away. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that's not a chain with inflated prices for next to no food.

The customer service was very good and the entire food was delicious specially fries was really crispy and the chicken was hot, fresh and juicy and I recommend to go with all of your family and friends to this location.

The worst restaurant you could ever visit is Swiss Chalet and the worst part is their service sucks. When I went to order and told them about my order they were careless and didn’t pay any attention I waited their at least 20 mins still no response and the behavior of your employees are very unpleasant and unacceptable!!

The food at this location is not very good. Everytime we get fries from this location, they’re like the bottom of the barrel left over tiny french frie pieces. Not the same from other Swiss chalet locations. Never going back to this location.
