I won't be buying anything from this location. Usually buy the crunchwrap. Runny and had wilted lettuce. I can't go back. The memory of that crunchwrap put me off taco bell permanently.

Entire team members they must know about customer service, seems like they only care about their hourly wages. This restaurant should get skilled workers.??? I will recommend no one to visit this restaurant until they improve their quality

Unacceptable.

Headed downtown with my grandmother and we stopped here to fill up on lunch. I ordered a #5 combo, which came with a burrito, some fries and a drink.

Speaking of fries... To start, they forgot to put them with the order! I had to go back to collect them. Of course, you could make the argument that sometimes things get hectic in the fast food department when lunch-time rolls around, which can render mistakes, but the reason they're working sporadically in the first place is because they're slacking! Sluggish movements, socializing between staff on the job, no energy output... No wonder the line and unnecessary stress was piled.

Now, let's get to the drinks... We both ordered a water each. WARM. Room-temperature WARM was what I've been given. You know how long it takes for a nice, cool water to reach that temperature? Must've been left on the counter for around half-an-hour. More insulting that nothing was wrong with the temperature with my grandmother's bottle, so we know that the fridge is at least running there.

Oh, but they did make *something* cold: THE FOOD! The top sin of culinary arts, embedded into my burrito.

You'd think that if you paid over $30 to feed two people that would only last them half the afternoon, they would at least treat your meal like royalty.

My fries were at least the recommended heated temperature. I'll give them a few bonus points... Which will go towards the bare minimum.

If you have a team of staff that half-do everything and have the philosophy of waking up with the compass of a housefly to flock to work with only the monetary gains in-mind instead of passion and love poured into the food, what do you get? An incompetent service.

Culinary professions aren't in the middle. You either care, or you don't care. If you aren't going to cook a meal for the passion of cooking it, don't handle food. You'd belong in an office with a numerical mindset like that.

To conclude, I could've let this go, because let's be honest - This whole city has more places that make food with quantity over quality in-mind. I don't know what kind of collection of people are responsible for this trend, but if one thing is certain, teeth need to start being sank in if an attempt is going to be made to restore and maintain the holy order that is the concept of food being made and served in the city of Toronto.

This is a reoccurring problem that needs to be sorted out, and to that I say: UNACCEPTABLE.

Thank you very much for your time. I'll be off potentially getting disappointed by yet another chain restaurant.

Awful quantity, they loaded my burrito with way too much sauce. The chicken burrito had almost no chicken. Avoid this place at all costs.

Eh it was okay.
The the chicken crunchwrap was not too appealing.

The 5 layered beef burrito was okay though.
This was my first time having Taco bell in a decade. Nothing special.

AVOID THIS STORE!

I placed a mobile order and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, only to find out that the staff hadn't even started preparing it nor did the cashier even type it in to send it to the kitchen. I ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes past the promised time. The staff at this location seemed disorganized, which made for a frustrating experience. I won’t be back.
