It's one of the precious few taco bells in Toronto, so I respect that. The food is always good. The staff are decent. It is a traumatic location to work at, so I understand. I have witnessed someone having a full mental breakdown in this taco bell. It is always dirty. I don't think anyone cleans it during the day. Last time I went, the Baja Blast was out of order, which is a crime. But I'm still going to stop there every time I go to Dufferin Mall.

I ordered Taco Bell on Uber Eats today. The food was packed well. The tacos and burritos were prepared neatly. They even remembered to pack the hot sauce. The only issue I had was the can of Pepsi was warm. The temperature of the food was okay by the time it arrived. I had to microwave it. The tacos were crunchy and not soggy.

I asked for a "handful" of hot sauces to go with my order and the lady/girl behind the counter rolled her eyes and proceeded to speak another language to her coworker. They laughed back and forth and mocked me in their language "blag blah blah HANDFUL... hahahaah"Unprofessional

It's not the best food its junk like treat food but good 2x a year. Staff does not care if floor is messy. 3 diff people complained, fam left cause only gave napkin to clean pop spill on the floor and table

Says they close at 10pm but I got there just before 9:30pm and they were cleaning up and locked the doors.. change your hours to closed at 9:30pm if you close then so people don’t waste their time.

Nothing like a good taco bell sesh. Yes it's trash food, but I eat gahbage. This is my local taco bell, and the yelling and chaos inside only adds to the atmosphere. They are also quick inside and in the drive thru.
Washroom NEEDS on upgrade. It's so so so so stink. Guests we'll feel like the food is unsanitized ...DO BETTER KFC/TACO BELL put money together on Solve the problem. My experience is ruined My God my nose .my allergy. WOOOOW.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They always skimp out on the meat, taco shells are always stale, and the steak burritos taste nasty. Waste of money imo

By far the worst taco bell ever. I basically got empty broken tacos . 4 of 5 tacos were broken and 5 of 5 tacos were just basically shells and no filling. Stay away from this location as they handle money and food without cleaning and pick up condiments off the floor and put it back in bin. Grotesque in every

I'm not sure who is sullying this premier establishment's name, but I will have no part in it. This place is beautiful (although I do miss the old location, with its 80s vibe) and the food is absolutely to die for. I've had meals 10 times the price of Taco Bell that do not compare to the flavour that this location provides. So what if the tables are filthy, there's garbage on the floor, the drive thru service is slow as all heck, and the lane is too tight? You're going for the food. And that food will never let you down.
