Had the worst burrito I have ever had. Everything was tasteless and had only 4 pieces of shrimp in it. The place is not authentic in the slightest. Ingredients all taste prepackaged.

Good and tasty food. Go restaurant, good service. Decent prices... Good price vs quality and quantity ratio. Coffee cup size is a bit small though. Interior is too small ans cannot accommodate many customers.

This is our second time here, first time there was one employee working very hard but clearly needed help. This time, two employees, however instead of prioritizing the line up one did prep at the back. Cutting onions for the full onion container at the front, clearly avoiding the customers. The owner needs more staff and to train on customer service first.

We had a super disappointing experience at your restaurant today. Took my three daughters out for lunch and signed up for the five dollar off coupon on the rewards app. We hadn’t had the app before so we all made our accounts and the lady working at the St. Mary’s location in Winnipeg was named Heena I believe. She was super rude and she yelled at my daughter’s. She said that the coupon couldn’t be used today after I had use mine and my other daughter had tried to use hers. My daughter asked for cilantro on her burrito and the lady said very rudely can’t you see we don’t have any. Things do run out I understand but usually there’s more in the back and she didn’t even bother to go check. My daughter asked if she could have a couple extra olives, and the lady said that would cost more. I’ve been eating here for years and years and never have I ever been charged to ask for something extra if I want extra olives. The only thing I’m aware that cost more is guacamole. I asked her not to yell at my daughter, and she continued to yell at my daughter. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager owner. I don’t believe a manager owner would act this way because people will not be returning to your restaurant if they’re treated this poorly. Yelling at a child is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve been at this location many times and I’ve never had such a small burrito in my life. We ordered 4 of the 11.99 large beef burritos and they were smaller than the small size that I’ve had before. This lady working there should not be working at customer service. I asked her if she’s allowed to speak to customers like that and she continued to yell at my daughter for several minutes then she yelled at me. Then she got mad and walked away and went to the subway side of the restaurant while we stood there for 10 minutes waiting for her to come back so we could pay… Full price for the food that was supposed to be discounted because of the coupon. Her behavior was absolutely unacceptable. Especially after I told her not to yell at my daughter, and she continued to and then yell at me as well. Very disappointing experience.
Would like to leave a review about the food but unfortunately the gluten-free options were not an option!
If you are advertising corn tortillas for enchiladas, please use corn tortillas!
This is disappointing from a Mexican restaurant.

Employees waiting for cheques and not getting payed. Owner doesnt respond to any questions raised.
The owner doesn’t pay the employees
My buddy's daughter was not getting payed at this location.
Fish taco was really disappointing. It was literally a frozen fish stick that was mostly breading.
Service was poor. They gave tacos wrapped in aluminum foil in hand for dine in which was very unprofessional. The taco shells were soggy and fillings didn’t taste good. The owner/person at the cash register was unprofessional. The food was below average and tables weren’t clean.

Restaurantji Recommends
I ordered the carnita tacos and got this . There was almost no meat . They didn’t even use actual pork they used bacon bits .To make up for the loss of meat they tried to be creative and throw together a “salad in wrap” type of vibe. Just a bunch of cut up veggies with sour cream . The nachos suck and are just regular ones you could get from the grocery store. Guac is not made fresh in store prob from a packet , had an odd smell, it literally came brownish green no flavour. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever . Spent $30 and was a waste of money

Food was very bland, and bad quality of Ingredients. Service was very slow, with just one person preparing for mant customers. The tablet were dirty and there was no you let paper in the washroom. Do not waste your time and money here.

First of all, the staff is too slow... They need more manpower. The wait time is too long and the quality of the food is okay however it is over priced.

I got the fish taco and didn’t end up eating the fish. The texture was like rubber and was just inedible. Also, I understand having to pay for guac but make it worth while, it was such a small scoop for two dollars extra.
