I’ve been craving authentic tacos for some time now and wow that hit the spot. Props to Anthony, my server, for recommending the Lengua; so tender.

I met up with a very close friend here. She had recently lost her pet dog and asked me if I was craving anything? She is located in down town toronto and im coming from mississauga. So, I suggested this place as it is somewhat in between and will have comfort plus whole foods. The tacos and tostadas here are amazing. As we navigated through deep and tough discussions, we munched on guacamole and chips, the chicken tacos, tamale and tortilla soup. It was just what we both needed. The food was excellent, just like I remember it when I visited many years ago when it used to be across the street (a little hole in the wall). They give extra lime to add to all the dishes, which gives it the extra zing. The hot sauces complimented the food and we enjoyed it all. I would recommend that the plain corn tamale have a corn filling inside like the others do, it would elevate the dish. Overall, highly recommend!

I ordered tacos de birrias, I made a good choice and I am not disappointed about it. I will come back again.
Have eaten here plenty of times, and the woman serving is spectacular, she has blond hair. Came in just now, July 26th 5:24pm. Was not incredibly busy, the tall male server, big curly hair, was extremely rude. Threw the menus at us, and when we asked if there were platters he was rude to respond that they had none this weekend. Would never return back here, have not felt such bad energy before. Passed on eating, no one with that attitude should serve people their food.

The Food was proper but nothing to write about. Enjoyed my Platano maduros, the burrito was good according to my friend but my tacos need more flavour.

This place is just okay. I imagine that in a neighborhood where food options are limited, it’s nice to have this option.
The server was really kind and the people working there were very nice. The food was just okay. My dining partner and I found the food to be very, very salty which if you’re into, you might like. It wasn’t to our tastes. I wouldn’t say it was awful, just not great.
The bathrooms also had a very unpleasant odor.

Please include utensils/wet naps in your bags. Food tastes amazing but it is very messy.

Excellent food and fun atmosphere! The Chicharrón and tamales were really flavorful and cooked to perfection. Our waitress was quite rude and snarky which dampened our experience but I’d give this restaurant another shot
