You could offer me some alternatives. I came back home with no food. Shop was not busy to forget, you should just know how to do your job. I was the only customer. HORRIBLE SERVICE! No clue what i paid for. Thanks for spoilt lunch!

Had one of my all time worst dining experiences ever at this place. The staff were extremely rude, didn’t say hello or smile when we ordered and seemed annoyed we were there. It felt really hostile.
We ordered steak nachos to stay, a pork taco, and a chicken quesadilla. EVERYTHING BUT THE PORK WAS COLD! The cheese on the nachos? Unmelted string cheese. Not even an attempt to melt it. All the other toppings were also cold. The steak wasn’t seasoned at all and very fatty and chewy. The side of salsa and guacamole it was advertised to come with was just a tiny dollop of each right on top of the nachos but with nacho toppings on top of the sauces, making it hard to use as a dip and even then not enough for all the chips. The pork taco (only item served hot) was so greasy and tasted off so neither of us wanted to eat it. The quesadilla was barely fried with very little cheese and the fillings still cold, cheese not fully melted. Everything came in styrofoam containers despite ordering everything to stay.
We didn’t bother complaining about the food because the staff were already so miserable and rude and I wasn’t in the mood to get into a fight with them and they certainly seemed like if I said something they would take it as a fight and be rude or lie and say that’s how ‘authentic’ nachos are made. We just said thanks, cleared our table, left, and had a great meal around the corner. Wish I could get my money back though! We even tipped super well ($12) at the til before getting food because I thought maybe they were just having a bad night, but they still couldn’t be bothered to melt the cheese on the nachos for us, smile even once, or say thanks/have a good night when we cleaned the table for them and said thanks before leaving.

My favourite taco spot. Have had their tacos, quesadillas, and burritos several times over the past couple of years - the quality, portion size, flavour, and customer service is 5 stars every time. Just catered their tacos for a birthday party and guests loved it. The service was friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!
