Nice variety of ready-to-eat Filipino foods, including fried and grilled meats. Stewed dish had tender meat with additional condiment given in a plastic cup. Small seating area at the front with a grocery section in the back.

I am fish lover and I find it’s difficult to find a good fish dish near here. I go to Tagpuan because their menu has a wide range of fish. The taste is good. They put herbs (onion, ginger, tomato… ) into fish belly and grill it. I order grill Pompano. I like that they didnt make it salty or spicy. The herbs did a great job in flavor and I don’t taste fishy. They have sauce and chili in the table, I can add it myself. The food taste good. My pictures cannot say it enough. The atmosphere feel welcoming anf cosy.

I love when a Filipino restaurant serves more than just the popular foods, you know? They are out here serving laing, dinuguan, mechado, and the other classics that we Filipino kids grew up eating. And also, shoutout to them being supportive of Palestine because as Filipinos we know what colonialism and imperialism does to a people.
Anyway, mabuhay! That's Tagalog for 'slay' 😚

This place is lovely. Everything we ate tasted authentic, portion sizes were big and it was great value for money. The service was kind and attentive. We'll definitely be coming back. Don't miss it

ordered Uber delivery and got the smallest serving size of Sisig. It was 18 dollars, the mug is a small coffee mug just for reference.
I’ve walked by this place too many times but finally decided to give it a try. I was not disappointed. I am of African descent and was in need of some stew dish. The closest to this was their crispy Kare kare. It was a generous portion and so delicious. The pork belly was the perfect combination of crispy yet tender. The garlic rice was the perfect pairing topping with the little crunch nuts on top. The also served this shrimp paste and it elevated the flavour of the meal. A little goes a long way though. The meal is served hot so give it some time to cool down before you dig in. I also ordered the fish sticks along with the vegetarian rolls.
I’d come back and get the crispy Kare Kare, along with the fish stick but I’d live without the rolls.
Safe to say that I will be back.

Krispy pata best...

I ordered crispy pata to go. Said it would take 20
Mins to prepare and I said fine. It took almost an hour and this is what I got.
Does this look fresh to you? It looked a newly heated previously cooked, very dry,
day-old or more pata! So disappointed! And I paid $22 + tax for this!
My comfort food is sisig w/ garlic fried rice and
I was really excited to try them out however my experience was a letdown. The food was not hot enough even though it’s supposed to be sizzling sisig. It lacked flavour and for the price it was not worth paying for. The staff is great very attentive and friendly.

There were several large flies inside the dining area throughout my visit. It made me question the overall hygiene standards of the kitchen and food preparation areas. The food didn’t taste good as well. The squid was overcooked and very hard to chew.

Great environment, price and food. Also, the owner(s) have great taste in music. Stay if you flirt with murky intelligent dance music and psychedelic hip hop.

First time trying out Filipino food. I loved the vibe of this place, the ambience, service, comfortability and options. Inside the restaurant, They had a small market where you could also get some authentic Filipino food. Serving size was great, The bonus was that it was quite affordable.
