Do not recommend going here during the week during lunch hours as it’s very loud with students. Staff were not helpful with order and didn’t even know advertised specials. I asked for no hot sauce and ask for sweet sauces which they did not have. When I got my order it was extremely spicy so I asked them about putting spices on. They just pointed at the sign and were not helpful at all saying we pointed to the ingredient. Will never return. Overall bad experience

Initially, the restaurant was impressive, comparable to renowned establishments like Ghadir and Empire Restaurant, even surpassing them in some aspects. The portions were generous, especially the meat in the sandwiches. However, recently, there has been a noticeable decline in quality. A recent order of chicken shawarma via Uber Eats was disappointing; there was hardly any chicken, with the vegetables over shadowing it.I even doubt myself thinking I have ordered vegetarian ?.My rating of three stars is based on past experiences; if I were to rate based solely on recent experiences, it would be significantly lower. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in quality, and unless improvements are made, it's unlikely that I'll be patronizing the restaurant again.

They have a new location on King St in Toronto that should be absolutely packed and it’s not. The service is atrocious. Tasty food but there’s no meat in the bowls - I’ve tried a few times now and it’s consistently a LOT of rice. Disappointing. Great tasting meats but not worth the price when you barely get any meat are paying for a bowl of rice. The kitchen and dine in area already look tired and they’ve just opened.
