We went for our Anniversary Dinner. The food, service and ambiance were great. Thank you for an amazing night, will definitely go back!

First time visiting Tried the Valentine's Day tasting The food was absolutely horrid, far too noisy inside as it's a really small restaurant , however our waitress Katie was wonderful probably the only pleasant thing about the entire experience. Do NOT recommend

So great. Service is professional and warm. Food taste and presentation is outstanding. Wine & cocktail options excellent. Post dinner Armenian coffee was delicious. There are zero negatives. It's just all good.

Food and service were just a meh! Not returning, with a huge amount of other Toronto restaurants to explore.

We looked forward to trying Taline but came out disappointed. We chose 5 items and we wouldn't reorder any of them. Hard to understand the menu because it's only partially in English, e.g. the description of the beet salad consisting 80% of beets didn't mention beets in English at all, but it did highlight in English the one piece of nectarine that was in there. The waitress was too hurried to discuss anything, our water glasses were empty most of the time. The whole fish that we were told has almost no bones had a lot of them. The cabbage dish was good, but should have more tahin and pomegranate. It was a day before Valentine's Day so I'll give it another try on a quieter night because the place has a nice vibe and interior.

Absolutely loved the chef’s menu option - so many delicious signature dishes to try. We started with a selection of dips and yummy bread with zaatar spice. Then delicious salad with persimmon, unbelievable tuna tartar in lettuce wraps, beet salad that was to die for. And finally - branzino grilled to perfection and a rack of lamb. We finished off with an incredible pistachio desert that was not too sweet and just the perfect end to a beautiful meal. The drink recommendations were excellent too. Healthy, beautifully-presented meal and the quantity was generous for $100/pp. Wonderful service and atmosphere! Highly recommend.

Taline is a beautiful Armenian restaurant run by three brothers who proudly share their family’s heritage. The menu highlights classic Armenian dishes with touches of Lebanese flavour, all inspired by recipes passed down from their late mother. You can really feel the care and tradition behind each plate.

We visited on a weekday evening to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and the team surprised us with a sweet birthday note waiting at our table.

The restaurant has both a main floor and an upper level that can be used for private events. The vibe is elegant yet cozy, making it a lovely spot for a special night out.

We tried “Yalla Per” menu which is the tasting/experience menu here, that includes cold appetizer, warn appetizer, main dish and dessert. You can also do wine or cocktail pairing at extra cost.

We trued “Cold Appetizer Trio”, “Kibbeh Nayeh”, “Bazoog Salad”, and “Mante” from the appetizers menu. For entrée, we tried “Vochkhar” and finished off with “Ashta Tart”. Everything tasted fresh and delicious; perfect combination of spices.

I had the privilege of dining at Taline with 6 friends of mine and we all enjoyed the food very much! The owner took my reservation and was very accommodating and attentive. The lamb chops are now my fav in the entire city of Toronto! Simply mouthwatering. A must try at Taline! I also highly recommend the Mante! I am looking forward to return to try all their other dishes.

PS: the dessert is very unique and a must as well!
THANK YOU to the chefs for their hard work!

Highly recommended! I’ve been here three times now, and am always consistently impressed. The chef’s tasting menu changes, but never disappoints: high quality ingredients, generous portions, and lots of variety. The staff are always attentive and professional. One of my new favourite restaurants, in Toronto.

An acceptable riff on Armenian food. For what it was, it was delicious. However, it missed the mark on all of the wonderful spices and aromas that the region is so famous for.
The butternut acorn squash was not a fave. But the mante? Oh the mante was so good. Order two if there are more than five of you. The potatoes were wonderful as was the lamb and the NY steak. Don’t know if I would go again; but it was a fun night and worth the try.
The acoustics are horrible because everyone is talking so loudly and there is nothing to absorb the sound.
We went to lunch the next day elsewhere , had 3xs as much food for 1/3 the cost and came away more satisfied.
