Absolutely one of the best meals I've ever had. The service was outstanding. My only complaint would be that it was a little cold and in a very cold winter, some warmth would have been nice. I can't wait to go back!

Terribly dissapointed i was with my visit on Dec 31, 2025. I wanted to treat my 15-year-old daughter to something new for her. A place my wife and I remembered fondly from a visit over 15 years ago. Traditional tapas. I made the reservation for 7 pm, thinking we could grab a quick meal before heading out to our New Year's plans. I was very excited to have a memorable experience to end the year in a great way. Instead, we were left with an experience that will most likely keep us from coming back. I was disappointed that the menu we once knew was not available, and most importantly, there was no Paella! The very thing I wanted us to share. Spain's signature dish. Instead, we were given a sheet that contained a fixed menu. No prices were shown. Wasn't big at all, so it didn't registered it could cost much. We ordered the three appetizers. 1 small salad, 1 small plate that had 4 Prosciutto wrapped melon, and 1 small plate that had 4 oxtail croquettes. For the mains, a grilled salmon dish, which is technically a dish for just one person at most establishments, and a meat board that says it was for two people. My wife and I shared the board while my daughter had the salmon dish. The board consisted of 4 shrimp, 1 tiny serving of coleslaw, about 10 pieces of potato, 1 sausage, a small rack of ribs, and some pieces of steak. For dessert, we ordered the only 3 available. I had a beer and ordered a side of bread, and my wife and daughter had tap water. We get the bill, and to my absolute shock, the bill comes out to $301.50. A gratuity of 18%, totalling $54.27, plus taxes. A total of $394.97 Now I totally get that it was the 31st and prices are usually inflated, but $400 for a non-traditional "Tapas"? And for the amount that was consumed? Had the servers told us it was $95pp. We could've politely gotten up and walked away. We were there for 1hr to 1 1/2hr. What were we supposed to do after the $400 meal? Keep ordering? Very disappointed customer.

Granted it was Christmas Eve and the restaurant was closing at 9 pm... a few items from the tapas menu were unavailable. And it was not the Flamenco show night either. Nevertheless, the paella we ordered was below expectations with few pieces of chicken and shrimps, nothing else with 90% of rice, for over 60 dollars. The pimentos (green peppers) as tapas filled in for the vegetables. Overall, it was a Spanish experience less successful than the previous one we had in the Summer at the same restaurant. Might be Winter blues; try it for yourself.

Great tapas place - enjoyed the charcuterie, shrimps, meted goat cheese and the wine. Also really good bread. The octopus was a bit overdone though. And we were surprised by an amazing show of flamenco dancing and singing! Very nice restaurant which I’m looking forward to retuning to!

We came upon this place by chance and had a very enjoyable dinner and entertainment. Prices are reasonable for Toronto, but definitely transported us to Spain for a nice evening. We enjoyed the tapas, drinks, and desert and had a wonderful time.

Food was good, but service was very strange and haphazard.
The and dance show with dinner was great, but I hadn't even known it was going to happen...

We dropped in before a show next door and enjoyed our meal. We left before the live entertainment but will return and eat at later time in the near future to hear music and see the flamenco. Paella was delicious as well ask the half dozen tapas we ordered. Four of us at the table and everything split nicely for even sharing. Lots of options for gluten-free diners. Service was friendly.

Here's a cleaner version: Absolutely amazing food and great service! The flamenco show was fantastic too. We'll definitely be back.

Make a reservation on Saturday evenings.
Even though we arrived at 5 pm, their opening. They did not want to seat us as of 615 pm they were fully booked due to entertainment that evening
Left before six food we had was good but had wanted to try something that wasn't ready.

Having just returned from over a month on the Camino in northern Spain, I was expecting authentic Spanish dishes, I was disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such a great time at Embrujo Nights! The food was delicious, Spanish Tortilla, Russian Salad, and Serranito de Pollo were all amazing. The performances were beautiful and full of energy, and the flamenco community was so welcoming. The free Rumba class with Maria Serrano was the perfect way to end the night, so much fun!

We had an outstanding time on a Saturday evening. We ordered several tapas and a paella, which were all delicious. The live flamenco show was a real treat. This is an authentic, family-run Spanish restaurant, a real gem in Toronto. I felt like I was back in Spain for an evening!

Tapas al Embrujo is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you feel transported to Spain — the cozy ambiance, the aromas of authentic dishes, and the warm hospitality make it truly special.

The tapas are traditional and bursting with flavor, perfect for sharing and savoring slowly with friends. The sangría is absolutely delicious — refreshing, fruity, and perfectly balanced. But the highlight for me was their paella — honestly, the best I’ve had in Toronto! Perfectly cooked rice, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented.

And then comes the flamenco show — breathtaking! The passion, rhythm, and emotion of the dancer and musicians bring the entire experience to life. It’s not just dinner; it’s an unforgettable night filled with Spanish spirit.

Highly recommended for anyone who loves authentic Spanish cuisine and culture. 💃🇪🇸
