This place used to be one of my favorites. I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, ordered here often, brought friends, and recommended it to others as a must-visit spot.
Today completely changed that. During payment, my debit card had an issue. After I tapped, the owner put the payment terminal down, so I reasonably assumed the payment went through and stepped away. I had barely gone a few steps outside when the owner suddenly rushed out yelling “fraud” and saying my card declined. He then grabbed me by the collar in front of a crowd — on Christmas — and treated me like I was trying to run off without paying. The public accusation and physical contact were extremely embarrassing and unnecessary.
What makes this worse is that the owner is usually polite and respectful, which is why today’s behavior was so shocking. Instead of calmly calling me back or explaining the issue, he immediately escalated the situation. Even after I returned and calmly tried to resolve the problem, his attitude remained hostile. He kept staring at me, repeatedly checking to make sure I was still there, and looking at me with clear suspicion, as if I were lying or trying to scam him. I explained that my card was having issues and that I could fix it or use another payment method.
I eventually transferred money to another bank card and waited my turn. When I went up to pay, the owner was hesitant to even hand me the payment terminal and questioned whether the payment would work. I had to insert my card and enter my PIN so he could clearly see the transaction go through. The moment the payment was approved, his demeanor completely changed. He smiled and suddenly acted friendly, as if nothing had happened.
I understand being cautious about unpaid orders, but shouting accusations, grabbing a customer, and treating a regular with such disrespect is not acceptable under any circumstance. The food is great and the atmosphere is nice, but customer treatment matters just as much. Unfortunately, after being humiliated and treated this way, I won’t be returning. It's still a great place for food and all the worker and the owner himself is nice too, I just don't know what happened to him today but I'll not be returning.

I love going here and visit the place often but today’s break fast was bad . The omelette was soaking in oil . I had to soak it with a tissue . It had weird colour too . I love coming here so please be mindful about how and what you serve .

Loved the pork fried rice but didn't like the beef fried rice because instead of real beef they put dumpling fillings on fried rice, taste is not bad but it doesn't look appetising
