Great delicious pastries. I’ve tried the ham and cheese croissant, the cardamom kouign amann and the vanilla kouign amann. All of them were absolutely amazing. I’ll definitely order again.
This small shop is producing top-tier Toronto pastry! I recently enjoyed an almond croissant and a vanilla kouign-amann. They were both 5/5, with decadent flavour and layers of flaky goodness. Don’t be surprised by the price; these are premium pastries. You need to order ahead on their website, as these are only available once a week on Saturday mornings.
