Absolutely amazing experience, wonderful staff and DELICIOUS FOOD. Nothing else like it, absolutely fantastic. I had the honey butter biscone and fire roasted hot chocolate and oh my god I cannot stop raving about it! Excellent quality!

I had the signature breakfast bendwich and I'm sorry to say it wasn't quite their for me. The bread was dry and pasty (パサパサしている), nothing like actual Japaneee milk bread which stays soft and moist inside when toasted. Of course maybe they weren't going for Japanese style bread and I assumed that from the play on sando -> bendo and the katsu. it wasn't just that tho. It just wasn't that tasty sadly. I don't know what was missing...

Hidden gem! Stopped in on a whim for a half BCT (bacon, cabbage & tomato) on a Sunday evening and it was fresh, crispy, light-yet-hearty and really delicious. And the couple who run it were so friendly and nice. Will absolutely come back to try their other sandwiches.
