Ordered takeout roti and jerk chicken dinner yesterday. Very tasty, will definitely visit again. The only thing I would like to see to make the food epic is more jerk sauce and maybe a couple extra potatoes in the Roti, and again extra sauce on the jerk chicken. Maybe I will ask for it separately next time. Overall 10/10, glad it’s close to my place. Will be my go to spot going forward ! I will try the oxtail next

Oh my god amazing authentic Jamaican food. Such friendly staff with great prices. Very quiet with lots of seating inside and out and the jerk chicken was amazing. Food was prepared fast. They are even open late.

During my search to find a caterer that could accommodate a Sunday lunch for 70 people, I was referred to this restaurant.
When I talked with the owner Vernon, he was able and willing to cater for me. He was very accommodating as he allowed me to pick up an order before the restaurant even opened for my targeted date.

I ordered festivals, jerk chicken, fried chicken, rice & peas and garden/caesar salads. Everything was prepared on time and with care. The food was piping hot (freshly cooked) when I arrived to pick it up.

Due to some scheduling issues at my party, we didn’t serve the food until 2.5 hours after I picked it up. Thankfully, it was still warm when food was served!

The food was a SMASHING HIT! Everybody at the party loved the food. The jerk chicken was top notch, some of the best I had! It also came with a lot of gravy - which made the rice and peas extra tasty.
The fried chicken was also great! Keep in mind, we weren’t able to eat it right away. I was expecting this lot to be as good as the jerk because fried foods get soggy if not eaten right away. Having said that, the fried chicken was still amazing!!

Once the party was over, people rushed to take home the Jamaican food! I’ve gotten many compliments about the food and I am glad I was recommended this place.

I need a privacy screen next time I go back for that curry crab because that was so tasty I wanted to chew the shell and slurp the rest of the curry.

I love supporting Black-owned businesses and truly want to see them thrive. The atmosphere here was cozy, and the service was friendly and attentive.

My friends ordered the steamed fish and jerk chicken pasta, while I had the curry goat. Unfortunately, the goat was extremely salty—I even had my friend taste it to confirm, and he agreed.

As for the fish, my friend felt it could’ve used more seasoning, though it wasn’t bad overall. The jerk chicken pasta had good flavor but was too runny in texture.

Overall, I’d give the experience a 3 out of 5. I appreciate the warm service and ambiance, but I hope the kitchen can fine-tune the seasoning and consistency. I’ll maybe give them another try in the future.

I took my mom to Taste Seduction for her bday lunch after a friend of mine recommended it and I saw lots of IG videos of the food, and we were pleasantly surprised! When we walked in we were immediately greeted and told to find any seat we’d like.The waitress ( she was so attentive and nice!) came right over and took our drink orders- I had the Rum Punch, so refreshing and not overly sweet and my mom had the Carrot juice… SO GOOD! (A bonus, it helps to calm down the spice of the Hot sauce lol) we ordered the Salt Fish Fritters- BEST fritters I’ve had in my life! ( and my moms Jamaican… 👀 LOL) super fresh ingredients and Loaded with Salt Fish! I also love how there’s lots of veggies/ peppers and scallions, in the fritters. Mom ordered the Fettuccine w/ Oxtail- 10/10!! The flavour of the curry and coconut milk was perfect, and you get a hefty amount of Oxtail. I ordered the Jerk Chicken and it was just as good! Chicken was hot and fresh and well seasoned, the rice was cooked perfectly and the coleslaw was very good! Oh! They played Amazing 90’s R&B while we were there! I’m definitely going back and getting my Own Fettuccine! 😂 Keep up the great work Chef!

This is honestly my favorite place to eat. If I lived around the corner I would likely be here at least twice a week. To anyone that eats out once in awhile please give it a try. Can't say enough of how good it is until you try. My favorite is Chicken chow mein. Awesome. My husband's is fettuccine with shrimp.. whatever you have you can't go wrong..🥰

This food was absolutely terrible, the chicken had black strings inside...and the oxtail was a bit salty and has no flavor. The veggies were full off oil ..the plantains were soggy for the amount of money spent definitely not worth it I am so disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This is the best jerk chicken 😋 I've ever had and i have eaten in about 30 different places around Toronto and this place beats them all. Glad i heard about this little gem .

I went to Taste Seduction for dine in dinner with friends. The food was amazing! I had the Rasta Pasta with Jerk Chicken and it was prepared perfectly. The pasta was prepared al-dante, there was a lot of fresh vegetables and it was seasoned very well. I also had the Jerk Chicken Blow Wows and Ackee and Calallo Bites. They were also very good! The best part was the jerk sauce for dipping the Bolw Wows. While we were there people were constantly coming in to pick up their take out orders. Our server was friendly and attentive. Before we left the chef came out to check in on us and to thank us for dining there. I will definitely be back to try more menu items soon. Thank you Taste Suduction!!
