Had a good night at Teller Bar & Bistro. The beer was genuinely great, super crisp and exactly what you want after a long day. The steak was fine, not bad at all, just not particularly memorable. The gnocchi was good, really creamy and saucy in the best way.
Only thing worth noting is that the entrance was a bit confusing. It’s tucked below the hotel, so it took a minute to figure out where to go. Overall, solid spot for drinks and a relaxed meal. I’d come back to try more of the menu.

Stayed at One King West recently and ordered room service. It was expensive (to be expected) but the service was fast and the food was delicious. I ordered the rigatoni and truffle fries. The rigatoni with sausage and confit tomatoes were a great combination, and the fries were perfectly seasoned.

Inside of the One King West hotel, atmosphere is great and everything we ate was good and large portion. We really likes the salad which came as a side to the burger. If youa are a guest of the hotel, there is a 20% off the price for lunch menu.

Worst possible service by the manager, he can barely speak English. He is extremely rude and unfriendly. I got a takeout order for one burger, a fried calamari and a lava cake. The burger was as dry as a bone, and beyond overcooked & dry. The calamari was missing the lemon wedge & sauce & my cake had no ice cream. I called back probably five times to speak to the manager to discuss this issue. He did not have the audacity to call me back for the week later. I called numerous times to follow up. And he was extremely rude. He told me at the time I would be able to get something else for takeout whenever I wanted, and I should call him back when I was ready to do so. I called back and he claimed he was unable to meet my request as it had been a month later. It shouldn’t matter because it was a month later… so I spent over $50 for a dinner I did not eat with no compensation. Maybe learn how to manage a restaurant .. Save your time & money. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN
