Inside of the One King West hotel, atmosphere is great and everything we ate was good and large portion. We really likes the salad which came as a side to the burger. If youa are a guest of the hotel, there is a 20% off the price for lunch menu.

Worst possible service by the manager, he can barely speak English. He is extremely rude and unfriendly. I got a takeout order for one burger, a fried calamari and a lava cake. The burger was as dry as a bone, and beyond overcooked & dry. The calamari was missing the lemon wedge & sauce & my cake had no ice cream. I called back probably five times to speak to the manager to discuss this issue. He did not have the audacity to call me back for the week later. I called numerous times to follow up. And he was extremely rude. He told me at the time I would be able to get something else for takeout whenever I wanted, and I should call him back when I was ready to do so. I called back and he claimed he was unable to meet my request as it had been a month later. It shouldn’t matter because it was a month later… so I spent over $50 for a dinner I did not eat with no compensation. Maybe learn how to manage a restaurant .. Save your time & money. NEVER GO HERE AGAIN

I love One King West. It is my favourite hotel in Toronto. I have been coming to this hotel for many years and have never had a negative experience. This was my first time dining at Teller's Bistro and Bar. The service was decent. Our waiter was polite and hospitable. However, we waited a long time for our food to arrive and when it arrived it was quite the let down. The calamari was glorified bar food. The stuffed chicken had no stuffing in it and was burnt. By the time it finally came out we were so hungry we ate it without complaining as it took about an hour for it be served to us. Overall it was a disappointing experience. It's overpriced and below subpar for what you would expect for a higher end hotel in a major city.

Just dined here for my stepfathers birthday and we couldn’t have been more pleased with everything! The food was impeccable but the absolute highlight was the 5* service provided by Dafne. She was warm, welcoming and accomodating. She made us feel like the only table and acknowledged my stepfathers birthday from just our conversation and brought dessert with sparklers and a candle. Thank you for the most memorable meal any of us have had in many, many years. Thank you for everything Dafne, you are a star in our eyes.
