Food is great and located conveniently in the lobby of 1KW, however the service is very slow on a Sunday lunch hour. We were seated quickly, then ordered 2 starts and 2 mains and it took nearly 40 minutes before the food came. It took 20 minutes for them to even provide tap water. Respectfully this wasn't anything to do with the wait staff, as they literally only had the single waitress there who was working all the tables and the bar. Definitely understaffed by management....
Had a good night at Teller Bar & Bistro. The beer was genuinely great, super crisp and exactly what you want after a long day. The steak was fine, not bad at all, just not particularly memorable. The gnocchi was good, really creamy and saucy in the best way.
Only thing worth noting is that the entrance was a bit confusing. It’s tucked below the hotel, so it took a minute to figure out where to go.
Overall, solid spot for drinks and a relaxed meal....

Stayed at One King West recently and ordered room service. It was expensive (to be expected) but the service was fast and the food was delicious. I ordered the rigatoni and truffle fries. The rigatoni with sausage and confit tomatoes were a great combination, and the fries were perfectly seasoned.
