I came in looking for high-quality green tea, but every box I was shown had a store-applied expiration tag instead of one from the manufacturer. That either means the product has no expiration date—which isn’t possible—or the store is adding its own, which seems questionable. On top of that, the in-store prices were twice as much as online!

5-1-2025 . The woman's lies and fraud about the product price are unbelievable. As a young person, I came to buy the product to enjoy it, with a lot of confusion. They sold it to me for $150 for 2 boxes of King's 913 Green Ginseng Oolong 10.6 tea, while on the website it was $62, a blatant fraud. Because that woman lost trust in the company's store. Will never come back. Do your research before you go there.

Nice atmosphere! Good quality boba — matcha with red bean (milk alternative: oat milk). Horoscope series of boba is fun! Nice products as well for loose tea and teapots, cups. Nice employees!

There is no tea flavor or osmanthus flavor. I bought a glass of syrup water.

The store actively promotes buying 3 packs of different types of tea for a discounted price, but doesn't allow to even smell them first. I took the risk and the tea obviously ended up being below average quality with a poor shallow taste. Better buy a good tea for a bigger price than this. The store shouldn't promote poor quality products!

I love their Matcha Latte with red bean! It tastes so good! The red bean matches with the matcha. There's a distinct taste to it, not the usual matcha powder I tried in other places. They also sell lots of other tea that you can brew at home.

I bought their matcha powder and they kept pushing to buy two packs as they had a deal where you’d get the 3rd one free. The store rep mentioned how they use it for their own drinks as well.I bought a bag for 23 dollars for 225g only to find that it expired in less than 3 weeks. It also tasted like very low quality matcha and I ended up throwing it out. I was furious to know that they’re actively deceiving their customers and did not disclose this information. Terrible service. Make sure to read their labels and expiration dates before making a purchase.
