They don’t listen to customer suggestions to have your nice drink.

Really disappointed — drink was watery, pearls were hard, and service felt careless. Not worth the price.

I took some mango based drink and asked them for less ice. The server is like its fixed quantity, we can’t do less ice. Must be kidding, like really why can’t you do less ice. Then product taste made me realize why can’t they do less ice.

This ten ren is actually a disappointment
Worst tea possible doesn’t have an ounce of jazmin green tea in it , staff have no idea what they are doing and the sugar level and ice level is different every time . Waste of money will never go here again

ten rens at fairview used to be really good, but i dont know what happened recently the drinks have been consistently bad, the honeydew milk tea is watery and has no flavour, save your money and get your bubble tea from somewhere else.

Great customer service after a bit of a miscommunication regarding an order with a promotion going on. They were kind enough to remake a drink cold (and let me keep the hot one). Overall very understanding and pleasant staff. Drinks were pretty good as well.

Ten Ren's newest promotion is 'A Day of Berry Symphony'. I tried the Purple Haze Smoothie with Boba that was so tasty. The Strawberry Cloud smoothie paired so well with Diced Peaches. I love that you can customize the sugar levels in each beverage. Perfect for those wanting to limit their sugar intake. This location is just inside the doors and easy to locate

The Hokkaido tea was great

The drink was delicious and not too sweet at its set sugar level, I was able to have no ice and the service was super quick! Also I found out this place has oat milk for their milk teas which is great! I will definitely be coming back next time I’m at Fairview :)

I came at around 6pm, waiting in line for so long that I got irritated. How come there's only staff during the busiest hour in MARCH BREAK???? The store looks messy cuz no one --literally no one --has a free hand to maintain cleanliness.

This brand has a lot branches and I generally enjoy their tea and service, but this is the worst that I have ever encountered.

won't let you order 10 full minutes before the mall closes, as if they think it's back home and this is a normal thing that businesses do here.

Ordered two hot assam milk teas and couldn't taste much milk and the tea tasted old, not fresh. The tenren at scar town is way better! Won't be going back to this location.
