Pros: I gave 5 stars because my daughter liked the food and sauce. Takoyaki good price to try and nice flavour. Cons: Mopping the floor when still operating in Sunday night and cleaning the grill while customers eating. My hair still smells from the burnt water steaming up from the grill and clouding the windows and my families lungs. Gives impression trying the leave early and not inviting to customers. Food no longer served in bowls instead they go the cheap way putting it in disposable boxes even though you are eating in. They had sign with all the condiments you could add and only had seseme seeds and missing the fresh ones. Don't seem to care. Who is the person responding to these posts is it the actual manager, owner or just corporate person paid to write them. These chain needs to be visited by mystery shopper to see that it is no longer an experience and won't be around long. I read the older reviews and saw the photos. Whoever owns this place does not seem to care about their place anymore or treated so badly by franchise owner or corporate that they have up. What happened to this store, this experience. Close early on a Sunday night because you will be closed forever and forgotten about it if you don't start caring. I hope the CEO can see this post and show they care still.

The guy who took my order was agitated when I added extra noodles and meat and changed veggies. Also seemed agitated when I ordered gyoza before paying. He really tried to rush me. Food was not good either. It was bland and I got an upset stomach from it.

Ordered door dash and barely had any sauce on my food, also missing one of the vegetables I chose (Weird, the receipt on the bag has a hand written note saying cashews aren't on the menu....yet they are an option on door dash, could have called to let us know before hand instead of omitting 1/3rd of the veggies ordered). Don't know what happened but this was a really bad first experience, definitely not worth the money.

I ordered on uber eats and it’s probably the worst thing I’ve ordered. Broccoli still raw, none of the add ons I paid extra for were included and also the spring rolls. I requested a certain noodle and they gave me udon. Over all I’ll never order again. Save your money.

Came there 30 min before closing, he rushed me, chose the meat for my food himself, cooked the meat too fast, and added the toppings himself.

I ordered a bowl of beef udon, and it was really disappointing. The noodles tasted like overcooked spaghetti, and I couldn't even finish the bowl. There was very little meat, and the flavor was incredibly bland—definitely not worth the price they charged.

The worst Teriyaki location I tried so far. Thought this is a franchise and should have the same food in all locations. Has a protein bowl with tofu. The tofu was like rubber sponge with no taste. I could not eat it. Vegetables were not cooked enough. All felt raw and they were not like other locations. Mostly beans and carrots. No taste to them. I would avoid this location. Sorry!
