The worst Teriyaki location I tried so far. Thought this is a franchise and should have the same food in all locations. Has a protein bowl with tofu. The tofu was like rubber sponge with no taste. I could not eat it. Vegetables were not cooked enough. All felt raw and they were not like other locations. Mostly beans and carrots. No taste to them. I would avoid this location. Sorry!

The guys working are extremely rude and were chilling before I went in and seemed mad about the fact that I went there and give me raw chicken. If you guys don’t want to sell close the doors don’t ruin anyone’s day. You guys aren’t giving free service we pay for the food so be nicer

There's an older gentleman there, and he has the most welcoming, warm, inviting smile always!The meals are made to perfection, and they put extra sauce! Amazing service and food! This location is garbage. I don’t know if the meat is old or not as fresh but other locations are amazing like Woodbridge but this one is for the birds
No customer service what so ever no smiles no greetings even the way he puts the food on the table or if you ask for hot sauces its an issue after paying $17 for rice a bit of shaved carrots and beans sprout and 3 pieces of chicken. Worst teriyaki experience franchise store. The automated responses don’t mean crap when clearly they don’t care. They increased the prices no more gyoza and pretty much no meat.
