Worst teriyaki experience franchise store. The automated responses don’t mean crap when clearly they don’t care. They increased the prices no more gyoza and pretty much no meat.

I don’t know if it’s just this location or all Teriyaki Experience locations, but quality is shot. This was just awful, the beef was not edible, the shrimp tasted awful. There was no flavour at all. The rice was clumpy and appeared to be over cooked. It just tasted as if everything was boiled with no seasoning. The teriyaki sauce did not help one bit. I’m upset I paid almost $25.00 for this meal.

We ordered ramen and dumplings… Ramen was absolutely disgusting, just a mixture of ingredients cooked separately. Broth was tasteless. Dumplings were a complete disappointment, too, with poor-quality meat and dough.The staff were rude. The atmosphere was far from nice and welcoming. I went there because my favourite Pho place next door was closed… I’ll never coming back again.
