This location is quite nice and nestled in a less busy part of king east.

It's a spot to grab a coffee and snacks to chat

But overall, I find that lately the sud forno/Terroni brand has fallen into the Toronto trap of focusing on atmosphere and aesthetic vs the actual taste and quality of food. For this price, I can find much better elsewhere.

Serves the best coffee on the east side — hands down. The espresso is rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced, with a depth of flavor that makes every sip a treat. Whether you go for a classic cappuccino or a bold espresso shot, you can taste the quality and care in every cup. The baristas know their craft, and the warm, inviting atmosphere makes it the perfect spot to start your day or enjoy a mid-afternoon pick-me-up.

Love this place! Great spot to pick up a bottle of wine and some premade meals. The smoked salmon is our favorite and the lemon sorbet. We’ve come to the upstairs restaurant a few times recently that we just discovered and also the patio this weekend. The service from Joyse was amazing!

All the items look delicious and high-quality, but everything I've tried (pizza, pasta, pastries, frozen foods) has been exceedingly mediocre. Are all the Italians in Little Italy or something? I'm not even Italian and I can tell.

Pure Canadian mediocrity, combined with the veneer of respectability that underlies this city. Toronto at its finest.

The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! Everything was made right in front of us, and we could see the kitchen where all the magic was happening. The service was excellent — friendly, helpful, and attentive. There’s even a store downstairs where they sell their own products and condiments. A truly authentic Italian restaurant and a must-visit — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Stopped by after a gig in the area and had a delicious meal with a buddy of mine while sitting at the bar. He copped the burger (which he enjoyed) while got the fritto misto and the cacio e pepe. Not sure if it was because I was hungry from work or if it was the beers we downed, but the items I got were fuego! 🔥 Will be back and will be bringing the wifey next time. A very good 8.1 rating. #TomEatsYummyFoodBecauseWhyNot

I come here after working my 6am shift to pickup pastries and customer service is always a hit or miss. The workers will see you waiting to order and do nothing

Ordered some treats through ubereats to bring for family day. Was sent only a few items with the expensive items completely missing. Feeling ripped off and irritated. Wouldn’t order again.

Very special design, can see the whole kitchen from your table, interesting concept. Price and portion are reasonable, will go again

The restaurant offers a great atmosphere with delicious food. However, on this visit, we noticed there was no one at the front to greet us, which was unusual, as we usually expect staff at the front to greet and seat guests. Despite this, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, and we hope this is something temporary

A unique indoor upper dining floor, a fun mix of industrial kitchen and cozy restaurant. The service was great, good wine list and food menu. Their fresh pasta is certainly made fresh and anywhere that serves Barolo by the glass, slightly chilled to the correct service temperature is simply aces in my books. The Octopus was not bad, and my pasta had a touch more salt than I’m used to, but overall I’d easily return for more. I’d personally recommend you do some light shopping in their store before heading home. 4/5 stars.

Food wasn't great, especially for the price. Cacio e pepe very low on flavour, you could whip up better on 30 mins at home. They also reminded us 3 times that we could only stay 90 minutes...a little unnecessary.
